Ordered a torta Perrona and it was amazing! From the warm toasted bread, fresh cut veggies and savory meats and cheese; it was perfection! There was plenty of parking and outdoor seating around 3pm on a Friday Friendly service and the wait was about 5 minutes for food. The regular size tortas are quite large and I could only eat half in one sitting.

Big, flavorful tortas! A must try in the Treasure Valley, worth every penny, very filling tortas! "The Queen" torta is simply the best, have not tried the other ones but I don't see why they wouldn't be just as delicious!

Went here with my girlfriend one day. We live right behind this truck and let me tell you, BEST TORTA EVER!!! We love Mexican food, and only one bite in I had to leave this review. So delicious! I ordered the Argentina and she ordered the Queen. Both FIRE ? 10/10 recommend!

Bland, without flavor, it didn't taste bad and it was nice and hot, but without flavor I could've thrown chicken in a pan and put it on a tortilla. Even with salt, cilantro and onion and lime squeezed, still just so plain. When I go out to eat Mexican food I want to taste like Mexican food. Maybe it was because it was their food truck over here and not the actual restaurant? Not sure why this place is rated 4.8 stars?

Sauces are excellent. The super tacos, tacos acorazados, are fantastic. I can't stop before I eat the entire tortas. It must be a weekend when I order tortas. They're huge, and I need a nap afterwards.
