Lunch here a week ago. Area recommended by locals. Service was okay. Food not great. Drunken noodles had little to no meat in the bowl. My Salad where I added pork.... The slices pork was overcooked, dry, and tough. Dumplings just okay. Our least favorite meal of our trip.

BRUNCH is NEW! The menu has the flavors and flare to be delicious and different than your standard brunch items - ex: Thai tea crepes, breakfast bao (chorizo one is the best!) and dumplings! Full bar for your morning cocktails and football on TVs everywhere - BONUS= doggos allowed to dine on the giant patio with you!
Kid-friendliness: Spacious patio with room to play! Kids and doggos!

We came here yesterday (Tuesday) for the first time. We were checking out Hyde Park. We're recent transplants to the greater Boise area.
It was raining, so we sat indoors. In retrospect, the only way to go here is the outdoor seating. Indoors, it is small and stark. Plain tables, minimal decor, not much ambience.
I had the First Sight IPA, citrusy and flavorful. I enjoyed it. My wife had the burger. She asked for no cheese, but it came with just a bun and patty. No lettuce, tomato, or onion. I had the Original grilled chicken sandwich. It had a nice aioli and was on a brioche bun, but nothing else on it and a rather small sandwich. Both came with a small order of fries. I liked the fries. They were crispy. However, for the money ($15) I would have liked lettuce, tomato, and onion on both the burger and sandwich, and a maybe some cheese on mine. I also would have liked more fries, though I certainly didn't need them :-)
Our young female server was nice and did a great job.
Again, sitting outside on the patio on a nice day would make the Lost Grove experience better. If we come again, I would try one of their bowls or salads.

Service was not that good. We went Sunday afternoon, and our server was not the greatest. Food was just okay. You get a lot of tots and fries, but my chicken sandwich was small. The bun was way bigger than the sandwich. Probably would not go back here as the service was bad and the food was just okay.

Came here for trivia and a beer for my first time last week. Beer wise, it's one of the better options in Boise. My partner and I had already eaten dinner but then we split an order of the fried chicken bao buns and they were delicious. I'd go back just for that.

My boyfriend and I go to this Lost Grove almost weekly and we are always so happy to have Jackson as our server. He’s so fun and gives spot on food/drink recommendations. Never a bad experience!

Second time coming out as the cocktails we tried the first time were interesting. This time around we came with big appetites to try the food. We had to flag down an employee to take our order after 15 minutes, and both of our beers were not served cold.
Our food arrived and the dumplings were burnt, with almost everything else being very salty. After an extended wait to see if someone would come check on us so we can ask for the check, I ended up walking around to see if I could find anyone. I found two servers behind the bar, talking. The restaurant had maybe four customers so I was confused as to what the delays were about.
