Sushi Shack is a total gem! The Bluefin Tuna Roll was melt-in-your-mouth perfection—so fresh and flavorful, easily one of the best rolls I’ve ever had. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the service was just as excellent. I also tried the peach lychee hard cider, and it was absolutely delicious—light, refreshing, and the perfect pairing with sushi. Can’t wait to come back for another round! My husband and I found a new easy date night spot.

Bri was absolutely phenomenal. She was very attentive, friendly and went above and beyond with not just me but everyone she had the opportunity to serve. In my opinion from what I witnessed she is the glue to the entire front end experience as a customer and a leader to the other employees. Highly recommend sushi Schack and a dining experience with bri at the helm.

My family and I had a great experience at The Sushi Shack! The food was fresh and delicious, but what really stood out was the service. Our waiter, DJ, was fantastic—friendly, attentive, and just the right amount of personable without being overbearing. He made great recommendations, checked in regularly without hovering, and created such a welcoming vibe that really elevated our meal. We’ll definitely be back, and we’ll be asking for DJ again!

I recently had dinner at Sushi Shack. I had, by far, the best sushi experience I’ve ever had, including in Boise. The food was delicious, the service was impeccable, and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who appreciates great sushi.
