I have watched and eaten at sushi shack’s from 2018 when they only had a food truck. From that point on I would look for their truck as they hade the best sushi I had have in the treasure valley. They have since opened two brick and mortar places. One out in Harris Ranch, in downtown Meridian and another one coming. The owner is a very good owner and has grown his company is a good pace. Tried the food truck at Ann Morrison. It took 30 minutes for one roll but it was honestly worth it . The sassy sis was the best roll I've ever had. No joke. It had so many fresh flavors with the lemon and cilantro and amazing texture, without being drowned in sauce. Will be visiting the restaurant. Sorry about the pic, that's only half the roll.
