Delicious pizza as usual! My wife says their gluten-free pizza is the best in Boise. My son and I love the wheat crust and their huge slices.

My wife wanted pizza...we were in town for graduation on a teacher's budget, we stopped in around 6pm! We talked to Gigi about the homemade sauce and dough and ordered a pepperoni and mushroom pizza (not my wife's favorite, but mine, she loves me that much) and the wife loved it. We also ordered a pilatzo with pesto...my favorite and that was fantastic, homemade pesto is amazing, I asked Gigi to teach my wife (wife did not laugh). She did smile a lot at Dylan, he was so cheerful and Gigi smiled and laughed her way through my awkward pokes at my wife, I think they were rolling dough, Gigi and Dylan are quite the team. We will certainly return before the end of our visit and all of our visits, we hope to catch Gigi and Dylan again. The wife insisted we review because if you are a secret, you shouldn't be.

I ate dinner here tonight and the staff was super friendly and the food was awesome. I will definitely be coming here again when my family comes to visit from California. I told them about this place and they are excited to try It. I would highly recommend. Thank you to whoever is on Night shift to making my experience a pleasant one. It would give 10 stars if I could.

One of the best pizzas I've ever tried! Thin, tasty and crispy. I really love the thin dough and the variety of fillings! I was also approached by the friendly staff! My husband and I will definitely come here again!

One of the best pizza joints in Boise. A gem in the SE. Great slices plus beer and wine!

Really good New York style pizza! Their crust was thin yet crispy and ingredients all tasted fresh. Highly recommend trying this place if you haven’t.

Had cheese and pepperoni and was very happy with the quality.
This was our second time at Lulus and while we like the pizza we watched 6 kids stand around the kitchen looking at phones and not paying any attention to the dinning room. One table was full of old glasses w soda in them another not wiped down full of cheese and crumbs. We also noted kids going in and out of the building no hand washing going back into the prep area of pizza and kitchen. At one point a young lady stood at the counter while all 6 of them stood around and ignored her, she was there for pick up. Our first experience was much better this one not so much. We want to see good food places stay on this side of town and stop closing, this was disappointing.

This is not the same LuLus as before. New ownership, worse pie. Flavors are way off. The old recipes are still available, but it's a different pie that shows up. (Especialy with the jalepeno popper pizza, but issues with other pizzas as well. Also scapegoat salad is never available now ?) Unclear if this is both locations or only Apple.
Sad. Was my favorite pizza
Update to include response to combative GM that replied below: It's not my responsibility to make actionable reviews for you. It's your job to figure out how you messed up an existing restaurant menu with a loyal customer base. You're right, you use ingredients to make pizza... and you're doing it poorly. The first pie I received under your management was 2 millimeters thick, greesy, and had no flavor. I tried again hoping you'd improve. The flavors were still way off, but the thickness returned to normal. Tried again and it was a whole new set of problems. Why speculate as to the ownership change being across both locations? Because I don't have a magic crystal ball that tells me if both are ruined, or if your ineptitude has only ruined one location. Ill drive across town and see if they can still make the same pizzas as before.
Do better mate. With the pie, your customer service, life probably... all of it. Just do better. Pizza isn't hard, and you're finding a way to fail miserably.
