I walk in and the cashier totally ignores me. She says there not closed . But then just stares at her phone worst customer service I've ever seen. Definitely won't go back there

I placed an online order for pick up and arrived a few minutes early. An employee asked me to wait for a few more minutes, which I did. However, when I picked up my order, I noticed that the pizzas were not hot at all. I found it a bit strange, but since my family was waiting, I left with the order. Later, we found out that the combo pizza was cold and appeared to have been sitting there for a few hours. The worst part was the cheese pizza that I ordered for my children. It was cold, burnt, and tasted disgusting. I tried calling the restaurant to let them know, but no one picked up the phone. Our dinner was completely ruined because of this experience.

Music is way too loud, cheese tasted funny

I placed an order for a pepperoni and a Thai-One-On. The pepperoni tasted as expected but the Thai-One-On tasted rancid; I haven’t been able to keep anything down since then. The music was just so loud; we couldn’t hear each other when we came in.Kid-friendliness: Not Kid Friendly, Loud and Inappropriate Music

Not sure if something change with the ownership change but it feels inconsistent level of pizzas. We order two pizzas today and the menu looks as in the past just no more sushi. But almost no cheese on both pizzas lots of sauce so it is unbalanced taste. It is pricey place so I’ll expect better consistency in the pizza making…Vegetarian options: Decent amount of vege pizzas in the menu

We grabbed the lunch special, to-go today at the Apple St. location. Pizza was really good BUT we got 2 slices each, and they are stacked on top of eachother with parchment paper between. We live close, so when home, the bottom piece, all the toppings were stuck to the parchment paper. Was the same for all 3 orders ( 6 slices total) so it was disappointing to have that happen and have to try to salvage toppings off the paper :(

"A Culinary Odyssey of Delight!" This pizzeria is a gastronomic haven! With a plethora of epic pizza choices, delightful bread, and heavenly cinnamon sticks, every bite feels like a flavor adventure. The beer selection is a connoisseur's dream, perfectly complementing the quaint and inviting atmosphere. The salads are consistently fantastic, making it an all-around perfect spot for a family dinner. A culinary masterpiece awaits at this gem! The service was quick and excellent to our needs.

Food is always fresh . We love grabbing a slice or whole pie of the jalapeño popper pizza (jalapeño, bacon, cream cheese on mozz). Several other adventurous options we like occasionally too: the Athenian, Napa Valley and Dolce Vida in particular. The thin toasty crust is superb. Sushi is really tasty as well and we are super picky when it comes to sushi. For a mellow option we like the Crane Creek or Veggie Roll, but the Dragon rolls are tasty too. Staff is always friendly and helpful. They are often slammed. So patience is a must if they're busy. There's s the north end crowd, people coming and going from the mountain, families and all sorts. It's a casual, but nice, north end vibe. Beer and some canned drinks are served , but the atmosphere is chill.

Ordering your pizza (6/10)When you call to place an order, you have to go through an automated answering service. This makes sense for some companies, but not for a pizza company. After listening to the menu options, one of which directs you to place your order online, you can eventually press "1" to speak to an actual person. If I'm calling to place an order, you can deduct that I don't want to place my order online, or else I would have just done that in the first place. I don't want to listen to an automated answering service for 30 seconds before I receive instructions on how to talk to someone onsite. I don't understand this business decision. Why are you making it more difficult for me as a consumer to purchase your product?Getting your pizza (5/10)This location does not currently deliver via Grubhub, DoorDash, or Uber Eats. Another confusing business decision. On Google, it says that they offer DoorDash, but when you actually go to place your order, it says that it is temporary unavailable. We're talking about pizza right, you know...probably the #1 most common food to order for delivery. Why are you making it more difficult for me to receive your product? What is the business decision behind opening a pizza restaurant, but then restricting the ability for consumers to order delivery?Eating your pizza (5/10)Probably the worst part. We ordered a "New York Style Cheese Pizza", which I'm assuming is one of the more basic menu items. You can make the argument that any good pizza restaurant should be judged by their cheese pizza, because that's the building block for all of the other pizzas. It wasn't gross, but it wasn't great. Very middle of the road. It's fine to have mediocre pizza (Pizza Hut, Dominos, Little Ceasars) as long as you understand your audience. Consumers know that they are getting mediocre food because it's what they are paying for (see next point).Pricing (3/10)The large "New York Style Cheese" pizza is $21.50. The pizza that doesn't have any toppings is $21.50. Some of their other pizzas go all the way up to $30.00 for a large. Again, it's fine to charge that much if your pizza is fantastic and you could argue that your restaurant is one of the best pizza places spots in town. This is NOT one of the best pizza spots in town. For reference, the large cheese pizza at Guidos is $18.00. The large cheese pizza at Lucky 13 is $16.00. Both Guidos and Lucky 13 have better cheese pizzas than this restaurant. The business model is confusing, the food is average, and the pricing is too high. I'd give my overall experience a 5/10.

Thrilled that Lulu's on Apple just reopened, I was sad when they temporarily closed. Really good pizza, NY style thin crust and good salads. My vote for some of the best pizza in Boise!
