Love this place. I am in probably once a week. The staff is attentive and friendly, and the food is no joke.

Tikka masala is okay
Naan bread is okay
Don't be afraid to try lamb curry. It's the best dish there. The place was packed with locals loving themselves some samosas, curries & bullet (green chili) naan, many as spicy hot as they can get. I found our samosa filling -- potatoes & peas -- a little aggressively seasoned & the lamb vindaloo curry under-salted, deriving most of the flavor from the succulent lamb. But service is bend over backwards kind, warm & welcoming -- even when busy.

Large amount of food for a great price. Spicy is actually spicy - it's hard to find places that get this right in boise but they do. Each table gets a pitcher of water so there's no waiting for refills.

Excellent food and good portions. Service was good, polite and attentive. Never ran out of rice and glasses were always full. Just a strip mall location, so atmosphere was not exotic, but that doesn't detract from the excellent food. Best naan I've had. Addictive.

There are only a few amazing restaurants in my area and Maduban is one of them. They had the best lunch buffet back in the day (before 2020). You can go there for lunch and eat all sorts of Indian food. From the naan to the tandoori chicken, it was all amazing! You never left hungry. After talking to one of the employees tonight, they are hoping to bring it back in 2025. Fingers crossed that they do. I miss eating there for lunch.
I ordered enough food for two people! I didn't realize how much food you get. Tonight's menu is butter naan, veggie samosa and chicken curry. The veggie samosa was fried perfectly! It was crunchy on the outside and so savory on the inside. You can taste the peas and the potatoes with the aromatic spices. They were delicious! You get two big pieces in one order. I was only able to finish one. They are hearty. I did find them a little too salty but I still finished it. My main course was the curry chicken. It was rich in color and it smelled so good! It had huge chunks of chicken. The chicken was moist and tender. The combination of the rice with the sauce and chicken was the best! And the combination of the chicken, sauce and naan was another incredible bite! Naan is something I can eat everyday. It was fresh, soft and buttery. I finished about half of the curry and I'll have plenty for lunch tomorrow. I'm sure it'll be even tastier tomorrow.
This local joint has been around forever. I can see why with the amazing food they produce! Service is always great! Good is always stellar! You can't go wrong supporting this amazing local restaurant.

The food was overwhelmingly spicy. We ordered the chicken and vegetable biryani, both of which were excessively spicy, lacking in flavor and overpowered by chili powder. I wouldn't recommend the biryani.

We recently ate here, I wouldn't recommend it, the place is full of flies. The food is extremely spicy hard to enjoy. Even ordering number#2 on spice is super spicy. I wouldn't come back. A place full of flies can't be sanitary. The picture posted shows 3 flies on the table; however, at one point there were about 6 or more.

Incredible Indian food. Great portions. Get some sides and drinks. Lamb was cooked really well. Friendly service and great vibe
The best Indian food I’ve tried in Boise so far. The service was polite and attentive but not too attentive, it gave us privacy while enjoying our food. The tables and atmosphere was a bit crowded, but this is the place to go to for the Indian grub.
