Unique experience with the family. For the price, we would rather go to a steak house.

Spicy chicken wings were not hot at all, ddukbokki was the worst I’ve ever had, kimchi barely had any chili peppers or garlic, and they provide a bbq sauce that tastes like Sweet Baby Ray’s. Braised short ribs were nearly inedible and were served with equally revolting scrambled egg on top. Seafood pancake was cold when it got to the table. Tiramisu might as well have been called “ladyfingers” because there was not a single drop of espresso in there. The best parts of the meal are the things you have to cook for yourself at the table grill. The robotic servers are cute but play the same songs out of tiny speakers constantly as they roam around the dining room.Maybe the owners should spend the savings from having no on-site waiters to hire some decent chefs.

I was moved when I found this store at a time when I was crying over the high prices in America. Of course, it's a lot more expensive than in Japan, but the Asian staff are polite and the prices are reasonable, and I was able to enjoy delicious Korean food at a time when Japanese food is hard to come by. If you order the stone grilled bibimbap alone, it will cost around $15 per person, including appetizers like kimchi.

I really wanted to love this place (after great experiences in other similar restaurants in other states) but the quality of the food was medium to bad. Service the same and the worst part: we saw how one server took the salad bowl from the table that just left and put it again in the tray to give it to another customer/table.

Meat is really good. I like some of the sides, but it would have been nice to have some more of my favorite sides.

Love this place...we went for our anniversary. The all you can eat menu is totally worth the money (when many restaurants are overpriced this is a certain value ) and I loved all the Korean side dishes, they were delicious! Our favorite meat we cooked was the marinated short ribs Love the koi pond inside as well, very nice ambiance.

The all you can eat menu is a good start if you are not familiar with Korean BBQ. My disappointment was the weak flavored sauces. If you ask, they will bring out the traditional red pepper sauce and / or sesame oil with

I ordered seafood pancake, eel and 2 other items. The pancake was mediocre and definitely not like the picture. I waited 40mins for my check. It was very disappointing experience.

My sons who were very excited to have a new experience and try this restaurant were immediately met with racism and prejudice. As soon as we get in the greeter looked at us up and down rolled her eyes and said to follow her. Which immediately put me off but because my sons(who are too young to understand prejudice and racism) were so excited I didn’t want to ruin it for them by pointing that out. She pointed us to our seats asked for our drink orders sighed and walked away. We waited an additional 15 minutes for our drink orders and when I asked two different waitress who were walking by for help they looked at me with disgust and kept walking. Eventually another server finally did come and ask us our drink orders. The restaurant had 4 other tables that were being served so it was not busy at the time we were there but still were treated as an after thought. I couldn’t deal with the lack of respect right infront of me while they gave the other tables around us great service. I won’t and will never recommend this restaurant
