Absolutely delicious! We had the group hot pot special for the four of us. Excellent food quality, flavors and casual atmosphere. Our bill was under $100 with food, drinks and tip. Our 2 year old loved it too and he's been pretty picky lately. You can't beat the variety of foods you get.

The service felt rushed and poorly coordinated. We ordered water but the food arrived first. After asking for water, we were told “coming, coming,” but it still didn’t show up until much later. On top of that, the bill was dropped off while we were still eating. It felt like we were being pushed to leave before we even finished our meal, which really hurt the overall experience.

It’s quite hard to find a real Asian experience in Idaho. The Mala House was amazing! The prices were reasonable. The experience was amazing. They also have a Chinese karaoke experience, if you know, it’s amazing!

Hidden gem in boise. Tried the twice baked pork belly, the chongquing chicken and garlic cucumber. All were perfect and so flavorful. They use real schiuan spices here, giving you that mouth numbing feeling. Portions are huge, enough for lunch and dinner. Service was quick and polite. Will definitely be coming back. If you like spicy and traditional Chinese give this place a try. P.s it would be really cool if you added Dan Dan noodles to the menu
Jackie was our server and he was charismatic and delightful. The Mala Shrimp dish was my favorite. Ill be back!

Went in for Valentine’s Day. Never done a Kpot before. So we selected one and then they brought it out. No other options besides beef and fish by the way. But the young girl looked confused and new. Didn’t explain anything to us about how to cook the food or use the broths so u can only imagine how that went, food overcooked and some of it soooo spicy u couldn’t eat it. Come to find out they didn’t even bring us the noodles that went with it and still charged us full price after realizing we did t even get noodles to cook in pot. Seemed like a fun place but staff seem unorganized and not very good at explaining how the KPot process works or goes. I think KPot might be good but this isn’t the spot for newbie’s ahhahaha.

Have always been sad on the lack of good Chinese food in Boise but this place is so good! I have not had the hot pot, but of the dishes we have had were delicious and reasonably priced. I have tried the tofu dish, fried rice and all of the vegetable dishes. This is one my new favorite places in the Treasure Valley.
Delicious!! Spectacular appetizers and entrees with great staff made it an immediate favorite!

Excellent array of East Asian food. I had pork belly and it was full of savory flavor and meshed very well with the bell peppers, onions, and mushrooms. Fried rice is traditional and made well. Fried spring rolls are a great bite.
