Got myself some breakfast and let me tell you what? The service was amazing the staff was cheerful even though it was 6:30 on the a.m. lol! And the iced coffee, " ONPOINT"

McNuggets- D-licous. Had a DR Pepper and a hot mustard. A truly delightful little lunch. Everything was hot and fresh, delivered to my table.

There was just a lot of homeless people smoking and all over the place there looking in people's cars and stuff you have to be very careful there

I lower expectations as it is a fast food restaurant, but still the quality of food and customer service, especially from a manager, shocked me. I order a hot fudge sunday and received all ice cream with barely a drizzle of hot fudge. When I asked for more fudge, the employee brought back my sunday with more ice cream. When I tried explaining I was asking for more fudge a manager approached the window and informed me the sunday’s are supposed to be 5 ounces. I told her that is understandable, but that a hot fudge sunday should have hot fudge on it. She waved her hand and grabbed the employee and the sunday. When the employee returned with a remade sunday the ice cream tip didn’t even reach the top of the cup and again, very little fudge was found. Honestly, I never leave reviews and am very understanding as I have worked in customer service before. However, the attitude and approach the manager took shocked me. When I received even less ice cream with just a little more fudge I gave up. Do yourself a favor, visit McDoanlds on Orchard Street just five minutes away. The staff there is very friendly and at least when they make a mistake they do everything in their power not only to correct it, but to compensate for time lost.

On a random occasion I'll crave a quarter pounder and today's that day.
A majority of ordering is through the computer now. You're not really having any type of customer service other than someone dropping off your order. It's pretty cut and dry, you don't really deal with the employees.
My quarter pounder was decent. I did ask for extra pickles. They kindly placed all the pickles on the middle so each bite was different. I would have liked the pickles to be spread out a little but it didn't happen so maybe next time. My fries weren't really hot. They have been sitting for a while but at least they weren't covered in salt.
The dining area looked pretty busted. The floors were dirty, straw wrappers on tables. No napkins in the dispenser. The dining area needs some major TLC.
Honestly, I remember coming here as a kid and having the best time. Having a decent meal in a fun and vibrant dining area. Those times are long gone. Unfortunately, the food was ok and the dining area looked dull. I guess I have to live vicariously through my memories of the past when McDonald's was great.
