Slow in the morning. Waited 18 min for a sandwich and hash browns. Sandwich was cold, cheese was not melted. Very disappointed.

Tiny playground great for kids under 5. I order a light ice mocha extra chocolate and Carmel sauce and its made beautifully everytime. I love the gal in the drive through that always compliments my top each time I come through.

I veered in hoping for a quick breakfast after work and my billfold was in my trunk (as a security guard, I don't carry a wallet on the job) and I wasn't sure what kind of payments they would take on my phone. I was trying to download the app and couldn't get it done on time and hoped that someone in the Drive-Thru could help me. They were so friendly! Even though there was a huge line, the clerks in the Drive-Thru helped me and I was able to get a smoothie and figure out Google Wallet and now I will be a regular breakfast customer after my shift.

no sauce on my spicy mcchicken sandwich after poor service. what is the point of a spicy mcchicken sandwich if there’s no sauce. i’m sad and also 13 dollars poorer because of this. i’m angry after being told to REVERSE in the drive through after no one helping me at first window. angry at said first window person genuinely laughing in my face when i had to reverse back. manager V or whatever her name was is rude and i believe that she doesn’t know how to be a decent person to paying customers. i get it’s a mcdonald’s, but i’ve worked in fast food. genuinely not that hard to grab your sauce pumper and throw a little on. mad. angry. sad. mostly sad.

Just got through the McDonald’s drive-through and the employees were extremely extremely rude, and passive aggressive. We ordered and then they told us to go to “the window” So we drove up to the first window waited for around 30 seconds and nobody came, So we decided to move up to the second window. Then the manager, I think her name is Vee, very rudely told us to reverse back to the second window. I worked at that McDonald’s in 2020 I know they could’ve easily cashed us out at the second window, but they were clearly in a bad mood and wanted to be difficult. My friend sucks at driving so reversing was risky and completely unnecessary. So we reversed back up to where I think his name is Ryan cashed us out. We weren’t going to be annoying so we just said have a good day to him, and he totally ignored us and slammed our card back into our hand. Overall, I shouldn’t have to be afraid that McDonald’s employees are going to spit in my food but I’m pretty scared to eat my McChicken now. The lady that handed us our food, I think her name is Mariah was very kind and we love and appreciate her. Do better McDonalds, it shouldn’t be that hard to be kind.

UPDATE: We opened the Spicy Chicken sandwich and it had no sauce. We called the store, Vee picked up. We told her there was no sauce, extremely politely as we don’t find pleasure in being rude to McDonald employees. She didn’t say anything, she just hung up on us.

Burger was hot and good. The rest of my experience wasn't. Service was slow and rude. And I have never been charged for a cup of water at a McDonald's until I came here. Ridiculous. There are better options in this shopping center, take your money elsewhere.

One of the employees dress-coded my friend for wearing a crop top and refused to serve her even when she covered up because she was expected to change her shirt entirely. In the big 2025 is insane: why are we being misogynistic at a McDonalds? Don't even get me started on the wait time. I shouldn't have to wait 30 minutes for two snack wraps while I'm the one of the only two customers at the McDonald's. Please please please reevaluate your management.

If I could give zero stars, I would. What my friend endured from one of this Mcdonald’s employee was completely unprovoked, unprofessional, and frankly, disgusting behavior. I went with my friend to grab a quick dinner when an employee stopped us in the parking lot telling us that she couldn’t go in because of her shirt, which was a totally normal shirt for someone to wear in the 90+ degree weather, a halter tank top. No one goes to grab a meal expecting to be judged or insulted based on how they dress or carry themselves.

This isn’t just about rude service — this is about blatant disrespect. Your employees are not here to make snide comments about customers’ appearances or imply anything about their character. If they can’t manage basic human decency, they have no business working in customer service.

Do better.

Vi refused me service for my medical condition. I wasn't bothering anyone. From the looks of the bad reviews I'm not the only one vi or Vivian is disrespectful to. I hope she gets fired.
