Order ahead of time through the app. Still had to wait through the drive-thru for a long time to receive my food. Didn't check my bag until I got home and realized I was short a bunch of food. Go back to the McDonald's to let them know the items they forgot and the items they forgot were still sitting on the counter and they were cold at that point

This location used to be fast and friendly, but not anymore. The second drive-thru lane gets skipped while cars in the first lane move ahead, and the staff seems unable to multitask. Sunday breakfast was slow and disappointing — a big drop from how good this spot used to

New McDonald's at Lake Hazel and Five Mile Rd. Friendly staff, but when line is backed up, the manager should take over to help, and not just stand and supervise. I'm sure it'll get better in time. Sometimes my fries are luke warm and taste old, not crispy like they usually are. Still gotta love McDonald's for their Quarter Pounders!

There a very nice waiter and her name was zoey And we were doing the TikTok trend were you smash vanilla cones and add toppings and she asked us if we wanted oreos and m and ms and we said yessss. Then they accidentally made two frozen dr peppers when we ordered one and she just let us have the extra. Best experience ever at McDonald's

I eat her a couple times a month because it’s the closest place to my house and it usually works out ok for the most part. Well tonight I came in and got food and drinks and ice cream spent 40/50$ I get my food to go come home start eating. I start drinking my drink and noticed that there’s something black inside of it. I thought it was a bug. I was honestly just gonna pick it out and finish drinking it because I don’t really care about that but it was mold or mildew in the actual ice. I couldn’t finish drinking it but I decided to call and just let them know so that they can fix it for anyone after me the person I talk to you was kinda rude and told me that it wasn’t possible that the mildew or mold could be in the ice. And I said well, I just wanted to let you know have a good night.

I placed an online order and rode my bike over to pick it up. I live literally a few minutes away, even driving, so I decided to bike instead of drive. Once I arrive there, I realize that I placed the order for drive-through instead of inside on accident. Since I am on a bike, I get off and I go inside to try to pick it up because I accidentally hit drive-through when ordering instead of inside pick up. I stood there at the pick up window for over five minutes and multiple workers walked past me and wouldn’t even look me in the eye. I eventually ended up stopping someone in their tracks, and saying that I placed an order for drive-through, but I’d like to pick it up inside since I can’t go through the drive-through. he seemed pretty confused and he went to go ask his manager, who responded well she can change it on the app that’s not my problem. He came back and told me that, and I told him that I’d be more than happy to change it on the app, except that I already placed the order, and it doesn’t allow me to change it at this point. He said oh okay. I said uh ok…. is there anyway I can still pick up my order inside at this point? And he said your order is probably way down on the list, I let him know that I had ordered it over 10-15 mins ago and with it being a cheeseburger that has no additives, or takeoffs I know it’s done and ready and bagged up for me already. He said oh well I have to type in your code for that and stuff and I’m just not gonna do that unless you go through the drive-through. so I immediately canceled my order and walked out because I am not going to be buying a cheeseburger from this place after this mess. I have a one-year-old and I am a stay at home mom. I go through the McDonald’s drive-through often enough, especially with it being a minute away from me. I have never had any issue in the drive-through, but every time I’ve gone inside, it has been a shit show. Please don’t take this lightly when I say, go through the drive-through, even if the line is wrapped around the entire building, just to avoid going inside and having to associate with these people. They are truly the rudest customer service people I have ever witnessed, and I come from living in Seattle Washington.

No one will help you at the front counter. The employees will look at you and act like you aren't there. The drive thru is friendly and quick but inside is horrible. This McDonald's should be a drive thru only McDonald's at this point.

Horrible , never again granted door dash food isn't as good, but my food arrived 13 minutes after the older,cold stail and not the correct order . 23.00 for food that went in the trash and I am not very picky!!
