I stood at the counter for 5 minutes. Workers walked past me multiple times. I pulled up a chair and sat in front of the counter for another 5 minutes because I was tired. FINALLY took my order, didn’t ask if it was for here or to go so we sat eating our food on dirty tables with no trays. The restaurant was completely dead nobody was in there so I don’t understand why not so fast! My client has DS and was really hungry that’s why we choose McDonald to be fast.

When we arrived late for breakfast, they made an exception for us! Not taking this for granted of course, but it really demonstrates the hospitality of this staff.

picked up an order via mcd app, the order was missing items and ordered 3 hamburgers with no onion and pickle. The picture is reflecting what the order really looked like. They almost put condiments on the burger. Last time we received an order wrong, fries had seen better days, old and undercooked. This is the worst location in the valley.

Me and family came on Sunday 11/9 around 11:30am and had the wonderful pleasure of speaking with with ANTHONY! shoutout to him great service and a big smile, what McDonald’s used to be, love seeing some employees are still happy to help others especially during a time where people are pinching Pennie’s to get food! Anthony tha realest

Anthony (I think his name tag said core manager) is doing AWESOME!! He is the epitome of excellent customer service! Running food, letting people waiting know they'd be right with them, he even came around to every table to make sure people are doing ok!! Impeccable. 10/10 will return just for his service. I really hope he gets to see this :)

I like McDonalds. This location feels like the Temu of McDonalds. Dirty, dirty dirty! The tables were full of old food no one threw away. The floors had trash everywhere, not an exaggeration. The table tops were all sticky and full in dirty. The women’s bathroom was dirty with trash and nothing wiped. The food took 19+minutes to come out(around 6:45pm) and then it was cold. Cold limp fries and burger. Even trying to l ave there were puddles of dried ketchup trailing about 2 feet. I can’t give NO STARS so I just gave 1star. The Diet Coke was good. That’s the 1 nice thing about our dinner there. I would be ashamed if I was the owner or manager.🧐😖
