Placed an order through the app. Went in to pick up. Waited and waited. Person at the front acted as if I wasn't there. Finally looked at my email to see how long I had been waiting. They cancelled my order. May not have had what I requested but if you have a counter order that you cancel and someone is waiting in the lobby....maybe an FYI to them. I was literally the only person in the lobby. Two stars because lobby was clean.

The food is never ready at the window in the last 10 times iv rolled through always have to park and wait, i wouldnt care if the food was fresh but, i will wait 5 minutes for a burger with unmelted cheese. If the patty isnt hot enough to melt chese how can it be fresh? This at 8-9 pm everytine i go.

Horrible customer service. The drive thru lady had absolutely no customer service skills. My order was wrong because she seemed bothered. I went in to order a hamburger since she clearly didn't here it thru drive thru. I live 900 ft from this store and my burger tasted like it was cooked hours ago. Every time I go to this store, employees act as though they are bothered with helping customers. Very frustrating

Every time I go to this location there’s always something wrong. Today “ the system is down we can’t accept mobile app orders” so why are you accepting mobile orders then? I just wasted my money and my points and the only solution I got was “ sorry man place the order again inside” pathetic man. Just pathetic

drive through customer service was awful. be prepared to struggle to even order, and get your order incomplete. this might just be a drive through at mcdonald’s, but this is still your job.

What happened to good service? The lady served me cold and limp French fries. I took them back and she said you have to ask for hot and fresh fries and she said she would have to charge me again.

Placed two orders through GrubHub today. The first one the coffee spilled all over everything. So asked for a refund and reordered the exact same thing and one sandwich and hashbrown was missing. Why can't you put a sticker on the coffee lid instead of putting the coffee IN the bag. The second order only had a little spillage but still. And not one single napkin.
