Called in a very large order! Manager took call was pleasant on phone and accommodated the order. When I got to the restaurant John was running front counter. John was friendly, well dressed and presented himself well. I have to say I have never had this experience at a McDonald's in my life. The AM manager has built a great team. Everyone was smiling and friendly. I wish all McDonald's were like this.

It's what you would expect of a McDonalds for all things food, service, atmosphere.
If you haven't tried the McCrispy Chx Sandwhich I'd recommend it. It's pretty good and cheaper than Chic-filet.

Not only did my mom have to wait 20 minutes for a coffee because they had forgotten about us, but the best the person (which I’m pretty sure was the manager) could do, was tell my mother to go back around to put the order of fries that they had miss heard as ranch (honestly not sure how). It’s honestly disappointing that they would make us pay for those fries if I’m being honest considering it was their mistake. Like really? As someone who has worked and has family who works in customer service such as this and understands the struggle that job comes with and the disrespect you get from customers I am quite frankly pissed off by how they handled this, when YOU make a mistake at honestly this big of a scale it is on YOU to make up for that mistake as IT IS YOUR JOB. I seriously don’t know what’s up with the management in this specific location as it has a tendency to forget orders or be rude. Thanks to the boy who gave us the free fries coupons, and I honestly cared less that they made a mistake, it happens to everyone! But the way they handled it? Disappointing

Restaurantji Recommends
I generally like McDonalds coke as they use to have their mixture perfect. However, within the last month, they have cut down on their syrup and now it only tastes like carbonation. I will have to find a different McDonalds to go to. The Chevron McDonalds down the street hasn't changed their mixture. But the Overland/Cole McDonald's has.

It seems the morning shift is better about giving orders - never had a problem w that shift.
The afternoon shift-dinner shift gave me the wrong order for the second time. Wanted to try the Chicken Big Mac meal and I got two random sandwiches w no pickles.
I would've gone in and said something, but I'm on my break, in the drive thru, it took longer than usual so I grabbed it and didn't realize until I got to work.

They are like machines. No personality at all. The staff look like they are so miserable and pissed you are even there good forbid you ask for anything they can't push a button for.My favorite part is how they open the window shove the bag at you, say nothing, and then closed the window. Rude staff. 1st lady was ok. But they wouldn't give me all the scrambled eggs that I ordered and paid for. Had me take a nasty round egg. The nasty lady at the 2 d pickup window was just rude and nasty. She kept licking her lips, which made me very uncomfortable. When I asked about being compensated for having to take an egg that I did not want but was forced to take, she was absolutely rude about it. Tried to give me a coupon that was less value than what I paid for. Then, when I told her that was a waste of my time, she acted like a teenager with her whatevers. She needs to grow up.
Just for clarification, this was an online order that was placed 20 minutes before lunch started. So they should have had what I had ordered and not try to pawn off old nasty breakfast food. Which comes to my next complaint, the food. It was cold, and it tasted like it had been there all morning. So not only did I pay for old sale food but for food. I did not want for order because they were trying to pawn off their last eggs.
