drive through customer service was awful. be prepared to struggle to even order, and get your order incomplete. this might just be a drive through at mcdonald’s, but this is still your job.

What happened to good service? The lady served me cold and limp French fries. I took them back and she said you have to ask for hot and fresh fries and she said she would have to charge me again.

Placed two orders through GrubHub today. The first one the coffee spilled all over everything. So asked for a refund and reordered the exact same thing and one sandwich and hashbrown was missing. Why can't you put a sticker on the coffee lid instead of putting the coffee IN the bag. The second order only had a little spillage but still. And not one single napkin.

Lately in my taco bell orders they’ve been adding a little slip that says “Did we miss something? If so, email…” . This McDonalds should start doing that because almost every single time they mess up my order. I don’t even know why they bother to ask what sauce I want because it’s never in the bag.

I love using curbside pickup because it gives me time to review what I really want in the app and then I can wait in my car and have it delivered to me for a lot less contact.

Hi, my name is Andrew. I was at the store Today on August 28 I had drove here to get some lunch and drove 15 to 20 minutes back home to find out. They messed up my order completely. I called in and spoke to a girl named liberty who asked me to come back and she would make me a new order upon driving all the way back to this location she had asked me if I could give her back the cheeseburgers which she didn’t Tell me before I got in my car and wasted by lunch time heading back to the store and then ask me to go back home to get the cheeseburger pretty much eliminating my entire lunch. Period and I had to go back to work now I’ve been ripped off and a terrible management system.

My last couple visits have been good. I know for a while there the staff was unbearable. We have been frequenting McDonald's lately cause of their new happy meal toys. I stopped in before we ordered through the app. I got to talk to Joel. He was so kind to tell me what toys they had available. I told him which ones we wanted and that we were going to place our order soon. My husband works next door so they are all aware of who he is since he grabs drinks from then often. So Joel knew which order to look out for.
My nuggies were nice and hot! My fries were warm and extra floppy, just the way I like them! My apple slices were good and my chocolate milk got the spot. I also got the toy I wanted which completed my meal.
The staff here isn't always the nicest but my last interaction with Joel and Brian were great! McDonald's food is what it is, McDonald's. It was a great happy meal and I'm happy that o got to deal with some nice employees there.
Good place for homeless to recharge their phones.
