In my experience, this seems to be the slowest McDonald's in the Treasure Valley. I've ordered ahead on the app multiple times, but after several visits, I’ve decided this will be my last. The staff is professional, and the food meets expectations, but waiting 30-40 minutes for 6-8 cars in the drive-thru...on four separate occasions, feels excessive. On top of that, they forgot two of my double cheese burgers on my last order, which is beyond frustrating after a 40 minute wait for 1 happy meal, 2 burgers and a 5 dollar combo. I rely on McDonald's for quick, decent food, and when that’s not the case, it’s frustrating. I hope corporate looks into this store because in my opinion it's likely causing the franchise to have a bad name.

This is the 3rd time in a row I've asked for no onions on my burgers and relieved onions. All three times, my receipt and the tags on my food said "no onions", but they all contained onions. It's happened consistently every time and it's always a major disappointment. It doesn't help that I've gone through the app to try to get a refund the previous two times, but have not had any word of a refund. Go to the location on Franklin if you need to, they've never messed it up. Definitely never coming here again.

I ordered a bacon double quarter pounder for delivery whith extra cheese, there was no extra cheese and no bacon! I have had my last 4 delivery orders messed up,will not do McDonald's again!

Rene a manager is berry rude at this store. I came in a rush trying to make it to work in time. I ordered fast and sped through. She said she wasn’t done talking and that that was very rude. I tried to explain I was in a rush I meant no harm. She wouldn’t even let me get a word out, kept talking over me. Telling me she’s having a rough day aswell. Assuming I’m just being mean to her.😂😂 Obviously McDonald’s needs to reevaluate how they train their staff on customer service.😂

Sent hubby to get dinner and ordered 2 mcdouble meals and a McChicken meal. He got home and none of the chicken nuggets were in the bag. I have told him over and over that he has to ALWAYS check the bag before leaving because there is ALWAYS something missing. If my company served our customers like McDonald's does my company wouldn't have a contract.
Literally the only McDonalds I can't say anytime to great about but my kids like it.... Price is ridiculous

It took an extremely long time to get my order, and once I finally did the meat was uncooked. When I took it back to the counter I stood there for fifteen minutes and had to ask three different people before I got a replacement. I don't care if that they were busy it's a McDonald's there's no excuse.
