5 stars for their service. Most McDonald’s have really dull employees that either seem like they have smoked too much or just hate their life. This location has the sweetest girls working there. They always take the time to ask about my day and SMILE. Love to see it

Wheelchair accessibility: Most McDonald's nowadays will have a wheelchair ramp, if it's been redone at any time in the last 3 years I can guarantee you there is a wheelchair ramp now. If not please contact the corporate office, the workers themselves cannot change that.

I was told to wait at the curbside pickup for my order because the hash browns were not ready yet. I waited for 25 minutes and was going to be late for work, so l had to call about my order. I told the worker that I didn’t need the hash brown and that I just wanted the rest of my order. They had forgotten about my order. I could have been waiting all day if I hadn't called myself. The hash browns were already done and had been done for who knows how long. I received my food, but I was late to work, and no one apologized to me. I will not be going back to this location for a long time.

Don't come to this one. Too lazy to turn on their ice cream machine, and don't bother with putting the sauce you order in the bag. Drive the extra mile to one of the other ones. Lazy staff here.

The drive thru takes awhile on the regular but BE PATIENT!!! ? The food is good and the service is awesome and the location is superconvienient. Just takes a little extra time if you go drive thru . Big ol parking lot too.

Me and my friend came here a few days ago and spent 11 usd on a sad looking burger and mediocre soda and OK fries will never buy their meal again next time I'll save 1 usd and go get the lunch special at chapala.

My daughter left her airpods on a table in the restaurant, she went back 10 minutes later and they were gone. She went up and asked staff if they had been turned in. A nice special needs boy says no, and the women next to him just awkwardly stared at her and didn't respond. My daughter started pressing the find my device button and sure enough, the lady had them in her pocket!!

I apologize for this negative review, but I know that if I don't say anything that nothing will happen. I didn't appreciate being pushed to use the Kiosk. I was told that you were short handed. If the customer wants to avoid using the Kiosk you shouldn't push them to still do anyways. I felt disregarded and a little disrespected.

Its bad enough the quality of the food is bad enough but your drive thru lady needs to remember she works in customer service and being a complete B WORD to a stranger just trying to get some lunch is NOT THE WAY TO GO.You just lost a customer for good. Way to go.
