Dec 2, at 7:15am manager on duty was completely unprofessional with me. So much so that the employee next to her had to profusely apologize. All I tried to do is communicate that I received the wrong receipt. The manager, snapped at me, disregarded my commutative effort and completely dismissed me by walking away mid sentence. This manager needs serious evaluation. In no way should any patron be treated with complete disregard. Disrespect or being dismissed in a regular normal exchange between customer and manager shouldn’t have to lead to me leaving a review of my experience. This manager behaved as a bully for absolutely no reason at all.

Went to get breakfast 11/2/25 and the lady’s working we’re mad disrespectful and got my order wrong and then tried to tell me I didn’t order that when I did she proceeded to call me names and raise her voice as if she was in the right , I forgot to ask for her name but she wears glasses and she was on shift with an African American guy and a red head lady in her early 50s i believe Don’t waste your time or money here so disrespectful 💯

I redeemed my points for a mobile order of a sausage biscuit. When I sent my buddy who is already going there to pick up my order he was refused and told that he needed a code and they wouldn’t give him my order for some reason now I don’t have a car and I’ve lost all my points because of it. I feel like I’m really ripped off and I don’t think anybody else should be redeeming points if they can’t be picking up they’re freaking orders when people order them really dissatisfied

Kid at the drive thru charged the wrong order to my card this morning. The manager tried to refund it. I cant buy lunch today now, because i have a dollar 75. A bit of a mess up. Damn. No lunch sucks

Ordered number 3 for a number 4 the manager morning said she didn't know what I was talking about and if I didn't have a receipt she couldn't do anything. So I went and asked to speak to her. I had already placed my order and paid. I come in at least 3 times week. Instead of then just replacing my one sandwich that they needed up they treated my like a was stealing.I will leave a negative survey every time now
