This is easily the best McDonald’s location in the valley. I never thought I’d be an expert on this subject, and then I was blessed with a neurodivergent child with very particular food avoidance. McDonald’s is “safe” food for her, so we frequent many locations. The Vista/Kootanai restaurant is ALWAYS friendly, fairly fast and accurate, and C L E A N!! You can tell the management here is better than most locations, because the employees actually care. They’re so kind....

They are fast and friendly but it doesn't look as if there manager is doing the job of keeping there employees on the right track on the appearance they sometimes have.
I used to work at McDonald's and If I dressed like some of these workers do I would of gotten fired for lack of proper work apearance. the dress code policy never differs from store to store and doesnt it get followed like it needs to at other stores. Seems like its a
