Received an undercooked burger twice in the same visit and had the worst customer service experience from Brittney trying to resolve the situation. She walked away and refused to look at the undercooked product.

I've never gone to a McDonald's where they asked me what I wanted on my Whopper and the girl didn't even know the price of a medium Big Mac meal, she says she doesn't know she has to ask a manager I don't know who the manager is she or he are in a bad position if they continue hiring the people they do I'm not going to be coming back to this McDonald's if I want a Whopper I'll go to Burger King. If I want incompetent service then I guess I'll come back to this McDonald's

First, they tried to hand me the wrong order. Then they didn't give me the sauce I had ordered in my mobile order and then tried to argue with me about whether or not they gave it to me. Rather annoying
Older gentleman who was working the front 07/06 is extremely rude and told 4 people behind me to just leave because they wouldn't want to be around him while he's like this. That was extremely unprofessional and no matter how busy you are, if someone is willing to wait there is no reason for you to tell them otherwise. I highly recommend this older gentleman be reprimanded and punished for his behavior.

The biggest selling points for McDonald's are good Coca-cola and clean bathrooms. You can count on their Coke being good because of the special contract they have with the company. And, if you use the app, you can get good deals and free food. Kids love the play areas, so it's a good place for parents to meet.
