Looked forward to trying this place out today since I’m new to the state. I asked for a “chamango” because that’s what they are called where I’m from. The female worker looked at me rude and said “Mangonadaaa” with a rude demeanor. I brushed it off, but asked a question about a flavor of ice cream and she she said in Spanish “we don’t have that”, mind you she gave no eye contact the entire time and answered while she walked away to make the Mangonada.
The entire time I spoke English because I struggle to speak Spanish although I understand it. Somewhere along the lines she rings me up and I signed for a total of 9.99 for a small mangonada and I just checked my card and I was charged 12.71. That’s a heck of a tip she gave herself for a sour attitude. Sad, if you don’t want to work. Don’t work. Question, is this family owned or a corporation?
Bought some agua frescas, and they tasted so mid. Other than that it was alright. Last time I went they had some good ice cream and nice service.
The creamiest ice cream I've had in a long time. There should be a line out the door. It made me wish I wasn't so awkward in Spanish but the staff member was super sweet to us anyway.
Frozen banana 10/10 but the elote was lacking, no lime, no Tapatio, very little cotija cheese. Just not as big of verity. For that reason it gets a 2/5
I like to come here every couple of months but recently the service has declined. There is always 1-2 workers, need to hire more. They say they sell mini pancakes but workers say it’ll take 50 minutes to get 30 of them, when they come out they are drenched in chocolate sauce. Price said $7.99 for 15 pancakes butt he lady charged $9.99 and said it was the same thing. Never coming back.
Very good and fresh ice cream! The lady is also very nice.
Ice cream 🍦 is always good
Great!

I wouldn't want to give one star because they don't even deserve that one. It is the worst service I have ever received in my life. Horrible place, don't waste your money, everything is horrible.

I recently had a very disappointing experience. I used to visit this place almost every week, but after my latest visit, I will never return. My husband and I unfortunately got food poisoning, and my husband ended up in the hospital.
When I contacted them to request a refund they initially offered one. However when I went to the location I was met with rude and unprofessional behavior. They accused me of lying, asking “how do we know you’re telling the truth” This was extremely upsetting and completely uncalled for. A business should handle customer complaints with respect and consideration, especially in such serious matters. Clearly customer service training is needed. I would not recommend this place to anyone due to their poor customer service and lack of empathy.

Completely unprofessional and rude. Teenagers laughed because I had no cash to pay, only my debit card. No where did it say that cards were not accepted. Walked out feeling completely embarrassed.
Delicious, perfect. The only ice cream shop I go to anymore because of the wide variety of amazing flavors, they also have delicious agua frescas, nachos, and other yummy treats. Definitely recommend to anyone nearby

I loved the paletas. The only issue was that nothing was labeled, and the clerk didn't speak very good English. That being said, she was patient and helpful, I was able to get everything I wanted. Once I finish this dozen, I'll be back.
Vegetarian options: Lots of fruit dishes.

Horrible customer service. Teenagers working constantly roll their eyes at you if you ask a question (mind you I have never been there). I asked what fruits they put in one of the menu items. IT was gross. The fruit had an after taste like they had just cut onion then cut melon without even rinsing the knife. Never coming back. Plus place was dirty and smelt like mildew.
