Last night’s experience was baffling. I ordered a pizza, two salads, and two No Name cakes. My pizza and one salad sat on the counter behind the glass for 20 minutes before the second salad was even started. I couldn’t even tell the food waiting was mine because I couldn’t read the tags from the other side of the glass. The prioritization makes no sense—why let hot food sit and get cold while you wait to make a salad? I understand it was a Friday night, but having only three staff members left them visibly overwhelmed and the workflow completely broke down. This isn't a sustainable way to do business.
I had to put the pizza in my own oven after I got home to warm it up and make it edible. Management needs to address the staffing at this location and come up with a better workflow.

First time coming here and will be coming back again. Sam was very understanding of it being our first time at a mod pizza. She explained everything i really was and was super nice and patient. As well as angel cooked the pizzas and cut them with excellent precision. Thank you all so much for this great experience.

I've ordered from this Mod Pizza before and never had issues. The employees always delivered as quickly as possible, and did an adequate job communicating if they encountered problems along the way.
This time was not the case. I ordered two pizzas, along with a serving of garlic bread and a soda, at 6:49PM. Tye qpp said it would be delivered at around 7:26. Then 7:55. Then 8:22. At this point, my driver turned back around and went bsck to the store to pick up the food. Not once did the driver communicate with me and tell me why they did not arrive at any if the extended delivery times.
We finally got our order at 8:20(ish). The driver didn't even knock and tell us our food was delivered, leaving it outside on the doorstep. Not once did he try to explain what caused the 2 hour long wait time for our food.
The pizzas were warm, thankfully, but the garlic bread tasted like it had been sitting out for a while. If I had the chance to order again from this building I would not. The service and lack of communication was disappointing, and the wait time was appalling.

It’s cool to see that managers like Matt still exists. My son and I came in there on a boys days. He mentioned the free kids meals on Sunday with the purchase of a regular meal. I had no idea and because of that, I’ll be going back on occasions like this. Then the card processor wasn’t working so he told us to go ahead and sit down, brought us our pizza and then very politely passed by our table to let us know that it was working again. Super good dude. Thanks for a great experience. You’re the man.

Came for dinner the other night met this delightful young man said his name was Mason I was a little bit confused but he was really helpful I recommend this for a quick bite it was really fast and service was really good !

You can definitely tell MOD Pizza has new management. The difference is night and day. The atmosphere is better, the service is great, and it finally feels welcoming again. It was struggling before, but things have turned around in a big way.

I ordered for delivery a custom pizza with cauliflower crust. The good part: There were plenty of toppings! It arrived very quickly. Now, the not so good: The crust was overcooked; the ends were too crunchy to eat. The roasted garlic was burnt and bitter. And lastly, it arrived cold.

Love mod pizza food but holy cow!!!! The couple that was before me waited so long to get any acknowledgement they left!! Their was 4 folks before me then their was 2. 15 minutes before I got to speak to someone to place my order. The logo is super fast super good...uhhhh, no!! Super SLOW super good.
