I know the outside isn't very appealing, but don't judge a book by its cover! Portions? Amazing. Atmosphere? Cozy. Food? Absolutely incredible. Overall, 10 out of 10!!!
Parking: Decent amount of parking spots!

VERDICT: The king of noodle takeout. I get the noodles (often dressed down to a meat and a couple veggies). I usually add a kimchi as a side to compliment the free steamed rice.
MORE IN-DEPTH: I have found this location to have the excellent sauces and a great selection of well-prepped ingredients, translating to consistently cooked elements. What sets them apart from the near-identical offerings of other Americanized yakisoba is largely the trifecta of good product, excellent service, and accessibility. The staff is quite accommodating and quick to serve. I'm able to get in-and-out for takeout in a matter of minutes.
Vegetarian options: The noodles are wheat-based and there's a good selection of vegetables and tofu. Given that it's stir-fry, the dish translates well into a vegetarian option.
Dietary restrictions: There's high probability of cross-contamination.
Parking: Plenty of free parking.
Wheelchair accessibility: Accessibility is reasonable. The counter height might make it more difficult for shorter individuals, but there are several tables (not booths) that would work well with a wheelchair.

Food is really good and cheap! The chef makes your food dance a bit in oil and then it's ready and served

IDK about other locations, the Boise Ave location is on my regular I'm hungry list. They have good people, and good quality food. Made your way. Duh, you handed them the ingredients.
Parking: 20-30 spots? Building is attached to a car wash, always 1 spot, maybe not perfect,
Kid-friendliness: Always verify what your children are putting in their bowl, I like med-spicy. Some won't know what the sauces are.

You're getting what you pay for. It's a reasonable price, in a very open and clean setting, and with good service. You fill your bowl with vegetables, meat, and noodles they cook it you put the sauce on and it's quite good. I give it a five because even though it's not upscale you're definitely getting good food for a fair price..

Clean restaurant, but they really need to help you know how to add sauces. The chefs were disinterested in assisting, so we both ended up with tasteless food. There is a sign above the sauces but there are way too many words and just one recipe which you can make spicier by adding additional sauce. We have gone to other Mongolian grills, which provide a variety of recipes. I do wish they would do the same. All in all, it was a waste of money and time. If you decide to go, make sure you know what to do with the sauces or you will end up like us. And I know, our dishes look good but they were so bland. Oh, and you can take home what you don't eat. (Again, very confusing.)

Food was only a 4 because I chose the ingredients and seasonings and put too many veggies and not enough seasoning. Not their fault ?.
Vegetarian options: Tons of vegetables and meat options are clearly labeled

My son and I come here after school to catch up and talk. It's better than a coffee shop. They are constantly Changing out the ingridients and that's why I know the food is safe. The owners have been in Boise FOREVER and are excellent.

It's Mongolian BBQ, You and the cooks do most of the work. A few times, I was surprised she didn't ask us to rinse our bowls out before we left. Side eyed one once, when I hit the no tip, and I told her We only leave cash tips.
