An absolute joke of an establishment. Orders weren't followed for specifications of the item that I ordered. And The manager/chef had the audacity to come out and argue the definition of a plain Western with me. After sending it back to the kitchen the first time , I was brought 20 minutes later, a piece of meat between two buns, described as a plain cheeseburger. There is no heart to this establishment whatsoever. I spoke to a couple of offshift employees, who said that he was having a bad day, but that doesn't justify going out of your way to screw somebody over who's paying you for food, much less to come out and argue the definition of what you ordered. Not only does it take 15 minutes to even be approached by anybody offering service, but the items that you order will most certainly be delivered incorrectly. What a joke! I don't think I've ever experienced worse service in my entire life. Sometimes, the customer can be wrong. I understand that no industry is perfect, but to go out of your way to not only argue with a person who's ordering specific items, but to refuse a refund and to refuse to remake, it is absolutely insane. To their credit, the one-off shift employee steped behind the grill. It remade my food. And I'm grateful for that. But the management needs to be reevaluated and replaced.
Here's an update two years later! This bar is still run by absentee owners and bartenders alike. Avoid like the plague. I believe in second chances, but this place did not deserve one.

There was an older bartender on shift tonight that was completely rude. For someone trying to make money off tips, I cannot imagine how she makes a living. Super disappointed, we walked out.

This please is dark an and quiet. Has pull tab's and slots. Drinks didn't get strong until the 3 drink. The price is worth it and I love to be hidden. This is my new bar. Would love to see a man server, might have stayed longer and bought more drinks. But this was a nice spot to stop and have my 20th anniversary. Did only serve food at certain times so I had to go somewhere else for food. But other than that I'll go back just for drinks and too be hidden. Thank you.
I’ve been all over the world but this is My favorite bar ever. Probably biased because it’s from my younger years but they have beer, pool, and in my darkest times the crowd here was always so dope. Can’t wait to make my return to the homeland.

Dude… how can you have 4 pool tables and NO chalk?!?! Food was pretty good, burger slightly overcooked but lots of avocado and lots of bacon. But SO non-chalant about the lack of chalk. Even 1-star dive bars with the same crooked pool cues have chalk.
