I'm so glad they set up at the airport for lunch, their pizza was amazing and took no time at all to cook. They were also really friendly. This is the best food trailer food I've had in Boise, I hope to see their trailer again.

I recently did a wedding where we had off the grid come in and make pizzas for our reception dinner .
They were absolutely wonderful to communicate with ahead of time ensuring every detail would be taken care of. On the day of they arrived on time they had everything set up on time. They had fantastic appetizers out in time for a cocktail hour and then we’re ready to go for dinner.
We had Caprese for appetizers and artists and pizzas for dinner along with a salad and our guests absolutely loved the pizza truck as well as the pizza itself!
There are so many different flavor combinations that Tarah does and they all are so tasty!!! Our guests are still talking about it.

We had Off The Grid cater our wedding and it was amazing!!! They were so on top of everything! We got so many compliments saying that this was some of the best pizza our guests have ever had and how it was so much better than a sit down dinner! They also offer gluten free crust which is great since my family and I are all gluten free!!

Off the Grid Pizza did a fantastic job providing the food for our 60th wedding anniversary party. The pizza was so delicious our party attendees ate every single pizza available including the gluten-free crusts. We were pleased that Jeff and Tarrah were accommodating in every way, arriving early to get the oven ready, rapidly baking pizza after pizza and addressing allergy concerns for several of us, including making a special marinara sauce.
