Terrible service me and my girlfriend ended up leaving before the main course came. What's first they did nothing to make it up to us . We won't be going there no more.
Maren saved this 1 star review, and changed it to a 5 star review! Our initial waitress was terrible. Was very curt with us. Never brought breadsticks, refilled our waters, and food was cooked wrong. Over all just wasn’t taken care of. The girl who ran our food, Maren, was outstanding. Got us our refills and our bread sticks. Along with taking my over cooked steak off our tab along with our appetizer just to make up for the lack of service. She went above and beyond. Got us a free dessert and a $25 gift card. It was my birthday dinner and she saved it! Thank you, Maren. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is important to you. If I knew the first servers name, I’d leave it in the review so people know what to expect when getting served by her. Thank you Olive Garden for turning our initially horrible experience into the best experience we’ve had here! We will be back. (:

We had an exceptional dining experience at the Olive Garden in Boise, Idaho, thanks to our server, Heidi! Her cheery attitude and delightful table-side manner made our visit truly enjoyable. What stood out the most was her perfect balance of giving us space to enjoy our meal while still being incredibly attentive to our needs.
Heidi had an impressive awareness of when to offer refills or clear empty plates without interrupting our conversation. It’s rare to find a server who masters that balance so seamlessly. Her friendly demeanor and impeccable service made our meal even more memorable. We will definitely be back and hope to have Heidi as our server again!
Kid-friendliness: kids menu and crayons provided, my 2 year old son loved the chocolate milk, cheese pizza and French fries while practicing his circles and lines.

We went to Olive Garden without 2 1/2 year old granddaughter. Our waitress was Craisha, and she was SPECTACULAR! From the moment she greeted us until we left she was just awesome. Not only did she treat us great, but she was also super friendly to our little granddaughter. We were there on a Thursday night for dinner so it wasn't super busy but our food came out really fast. It was all very tasty. Our granddaughter loved her spaghetti from the kids menu and felt special each time Craisha would talk to her. I would highly recommend this Olive Garden, although it was really Craisha who made it special. Next time we go we will certainly ask for her. Great time at the Olive Garden!
