Love this place!! I live in Southern California and this is the only Poke place I will eat at. The ingredients are always fresh. The bowls are creative and portions are huge! Service has always been friendly and helpful. Keep up the great food and service Paddles Up!

I love poke, today it was my first time eating here and their pokes are really good! It is a bit pricey, but everything is fresh and tasty. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. And look at this picture on napkin, so cute?

Definitely the best poke in Boise. I would eat here everyday if I could. All of the employees are kind and welcoming every time I visit. Can’t recommend it enough!

This is my go-to poke place in Boise. Paddles Up is some seriously delicious poke. Super fresh ingredients and tasty combinations. I've been coming here regularly for 5 years and never once been disappointed.

Just went today for lunch but had to throw my large bowl with salmon away. It smelled fishy when I went into the establishment but I thought ya they serve fish, it’s probably fine. Got home just now and opened my bowl and it smelled very fishy. Tasted the salmon and it’s gone bad. It tastes very sour and smells like it’s been sitting out in room temp for awhile. This really sucks because these bowls are $19 and I’ve never had issues with the quality of the fish until now. What a waste, I hope I don’t get sick. I’ll update if I do.Just called to let them know their salmon is bad and they should probably stop serving it. Got told “ok I’ll look at it when I get a chance and I’ll let the manager know” as I hear them actively taking orders. I hope no one gets sick tonight but if they do - you’ll know what it was. No offer of compensation or anything else, no offer to bring the food back in and have it checked - no care at all.Edit:**** Just spoke with the manager she told me she had eaten the salmon and it was just fine and they had just gotten it today so it’s fine. Just because you got it today and just because you think it smells and tastes fine doesn’t mean it is. Just like you supposedly think I’m falsifying info because I think it’s bad. Your word isn’t proof and offering me a second bowl of the same spoiled product isn’t a solution. I won’t be back because it’s clear I can’t trust their quality control and with raw fish that is THE most important thing. I eat salmon multiple times per week as a pescatarian and I know good vs bad salmon which I’ve never experienced bad salmon at paddles up until today. I’m not just complaining because I lost $19, I’m complaining because this is dangerous and they don’t get it. I hope everyone stays safe this weekend.*****

For the amount of food you get, it is a great deal! Not to mention, the food itself tastes great with specifically the fish tasting very fresh! My only gripe is parking can be rough, but that is not their problem, just Downtown Boise's.

Always tasty! I ordered the build your own option through Uber Eats. Everything was spot on except it wasn’t sauced with the 2 I picked. Still wonderful and I ate every last bite.

This place is an absolute gem. You might not think there would be good sushi or poke when we are several hundred miles from the ocean, but you would be wrong. This place is on par or better than the stuff I had when I was living in San Diego.

I have a Paddles Up Poke problem...I love it. The Bogus Basin is my personal favorite. As a celiac there are not many restaurants I can trust to serve me safe food, but Paddles Up fully understands celiac needs and customizes my choices appropriately. Quality ingredients, tasty, prompt, filling...just what you want when you're hungry.

We love Paddles Up but DON'T ORDER ONLINE! Fourth time we've done that and run in to grab. Order is wrong every time! Asked for extra sauce. No sauce. Asked for extra sauce on the side, no sauce on the bowl but sauce on side. Asked for extra sauce on the bowl. No sauce. Grrrr.....It's always about the sauce! Super frustrating because you pick it up to go because you're in a hurry so you don't have time to go back. It's expensive and they always want a tip which is frustrating when you're order's wrong.....Their bowls are good but with no sauce or little sauce they're dry so SAUCE IS IMPORTANT!Will not order to go anymore but will have to go inside!
