Twice now I’ve gone to this location at 9:15pm, google says they are open until 10:30pm. When I get there they say that they are out all the food. You shouldn’t stop serving food until you actually close!

One of the worst pandas in the valley in my opinion. The food is consistently bad enough that I won’t even feed it to my dog. Always soggy and hardly ever fresh, nor does it ever even look appetizing. To compliment all of that, the service usually always less than desirable. Bad attitudes and presumably “grumpy” behavior

The parking lot is really hard to get in and out of, there isn't a drive thru, and the wait is typically out the door during meal times. Employees work fast and efficiently, but the location puts them at a disadvantage.

Ordered takeout on the app. The steak dish was horrible. It was chewy and tasted like it had turned bad. I have had it in the past and liked it. When we called about it, they told us their steak is no longer angus steak. That doesn't really explain the foul taste in bubbled gum like consistency.

Foods good the atmosphere was great only because of the lady that rang me up and gave me my food not the lady that took my order, and got my food for me, I took four stars off because of her, she used to work at the other one that I go to all the time on overland they ended up transferring her partly because she had an attitude problem, didn't know the chick, yet every single time literally every single time I would go in there she would start problems with me and everyone that worked with her saw it as well, never said or did anything to her, even when she would act the way she did. Even went as far as saying rude things and walking away, also trying to make a pass at my boyfriend, which screamed entitled. Anyway, the last time I saw her at the other location she had made up my order, and also rang up my order, I had shown the manager which I talk with all the time that I had a free entree and she made it for me because they were out, and the chick that I'm talking about right now that now works here rang me up and overcharged me. I thought she did so I went outside and looked because she walked away and ignored me when I tried asking if this was correct (like usual, this kind of behavior was constant towards me) never said anything or gave into it because she was the one being unprofessional not me,and i dont even work there. So went outside checked came back in, and told the manager that was standing next to her I was overcharged, she interrupted me and her tone was snarky as usual, "um, no, I didn't". I said "yes, you did" she said "you got the bigger plate" I said "yeah, with a free entree, you overcharged, I scanned the app for the free entree and you ignored me and walked away when I tried to tell you and then when I asked if the amount of change was correct" she continued to laugh and say "that's not what I saw and no you didn't scan anything" the manager then chimed in very nicely and said "no, she did have a free item actually, and she showed me it on her app, I told her to scan it when she paid" idk what happened after that except for she got pissed and started yelling pretty sure she was mad because she was wrong? I finally had enough and laughed as I walked out and she was still going on about it how I was wrong, when I literally had to show her nope free item look. the manager ended up giving me a free plate for next time for the scene that was caused, and for being accused of lying. I just went into this place saw her, you could tell she wasn't expecting that due to the look on her face. I asked if she worked at the other location on overland and she said "yeah", I just said "....yeah....." And walked off, her and one of the male employees, has acne and curly hair, started talking about me, which I find funny he has not a clue as to what happened and why I acted the way I just did. The way she acted MULTIPLE times was unacceptable, never said anything to her, nor did anything. It got to the point the manager had to say something because she noticed every time I came in there was a problem with her. Let's just hope she doesn't act like that at this location. Obviously she does considering she just talked about me in Spanish, to curly head lol. And the curly haired dude is now staring at me until I look at him then looking away and laughing about it, lol. The male employee in the back that was cooking the food and smiling with the glasses, you were great! And the lady like I said at the beginning of this that rang up my order and handed my food out to me was very nice as well, as they should be! You two rock! Some people should act more like that. Professional. And just act nice in general, especially towards people you don't know. I'm glad she no longer works at the one on overland, and that they didn't tolerate that unprofessional BS. I don't think this location does either but who knows, at least at this location she has a buddy that treats people like crap for no re

Staff skimp on portions so I only get half of what I paid for.

If I want something that isn't ready yet with a 5 minute or so wait I have to fight them to wait on putting the rest of my plate together so my food isn't cold by the time I get it. This shouldn't be a difficult concept.

It isn't worth the time or money to go to this location, I'm tired of small cold food portions.
