I love panda as a company and they always do a great job. But the last few times I’ve come in have been terrible solely because of the rude employee named Zitlaldy. She has such a terrible attitude no matter how nice or polite I am. Everyone else is nice though but she sucks

Wanted to charge me for a water cup. I just bought a $11 entree. This practice makes absolutely no logical sense. Been here many times but for practices like that I won't return. Courtesy, look it up panda.

Exceptional service & staff! I decided to go to Panda because I was craving honey walnut shrimp. Upon arrival I noticed that there wasn’t any made & asked Som if she recommended the kung pao chicken or the sweet fire chicken breast letting her know I usually get honey walnut shrimp which is why I don’t know which to get. She let me know that they could make a new batch for me & any other entree that isn’t available. I said I would appreciate that if it isn’t too much trouble. She insisted that it wasn’t. While waiting for my shrimp which took less than five minutes, I was given a drink cup by Pamela P & when I opened my bag when I got home I was surprised by two fortune cookies. I will definitely be back! :)
This is our favorite Panda Express! Som is the sweetest and always remembers us when we walk in. She is the manager and has the best work crew. My teenagers love Panda so we come here a lot. Eduardo, Natalie & Franck are all wonderful. All the staff are friendly, fun and the food is delicious. This is our favorite Panda location because of the workers. They take great pride in what they do and their store. Highly recommend.
