Out of all the Panda Express I've been to, this place has the best food by far. It's fast simple, and when I'm stuck downtown Boise driving, it's easy to get in and out. I love Panda Express it’s one of my favorite places to eat, but the last few times they have gave me barely any food. Got 3 pieces of shrimp and only 5 pieces of chicken with a hefty amount of peppers and onions. Which sucks when you’re paying over $13 for a bigger plate to only find a normal plate had more food for some reason. It’s the closest one to my house so I go to it often but the last few times have been really disappointing and left me hungry.

I didn't even order anything complicated, and they didn't include most of the order. When it arrived, I immediately noticed the discrepancy and called the restaurant. They only refunded a fourth of the money owed, and when I called back, they refused to do anything more. Not ordering out with them again. ?

Cashier Maycee went above and beyond with her service. Employees like her are the reason I come back.
Would give 10 stars if I could! Every time I come here they are fast, friendly, and the restaurant is very clean. I had to post right now because I just got food to go and I let the manager know about a food item I didn't receive last time I ate here. He didn't even question me or ask to see the receipt (which I had just in case). He gave me the item in question for free to make up for it. Amazing customer service!
Kenton & the rest of the staff were some of the kindest restaurant staff I’ve interacted with and watched work recently, whether we’re talking fast food or fine dining. Kenton just has “IT.” My wife & I come to Panda every NYE (tradition!). We came for the orange chicken & are leaving with big fat smiles.

Food from this location was absolute TRASH. I usually love Panda Express but this was the worst I've ever had! Walnut shrimp tasted like it has mayonnaise in it. And the rice was awful with no flavor. Tasted like grease. And no soy sauce to help the flavor. Would not recommend this location. What give zero stars but it won't let me
