The food has all of a sudden gotten so bad. The orange chicken tastes wrong and the rice isn’t good like it used to be. Also the guy that helped me today around 2:40 didn’t have good customer service. It seems he wants to be talking with his friends/co workers instead of with the customer.

I am Panda Express' #1 fan (proven) and in recent years, it's been horrible. I swore off Panda Express until I decided to give this one another chance. This is the only Panda Express I will go to from now on. Every other Panda Express burns the rice or under-cooks the orange chicken. This is the last bastion of Panda Express. They forgot my Teriyaki Chicken and just as I was about to leave and go home to discover this cruel truth, one of their employees ran out of the restaurant to tell me before I even realized the mistake and then she brought it out to me. If I knew her name, I'd write it here but it was 10:00 am on November 2nd. Any other employee might have just let their mistake slide but she went beyond what could reasonably be expected of her and I think that's commendable. Panda Express is alive and it lives in the hearts of everyone who makes it what it is.

Ordered pick up. Requested extra packets of sweet and sour sauce. They only gave ONE! But, since they didn't really do 1/2 and 1/2 on the white rice and fried rice I guess I don't need extra. Tiny little corner is all the fried rice I got.

This is the the best panda to visit! They are great with portions and the food was still fresh even tho I came in 40 minutes before close. They were very friendly and helpful. I appreciated that they were kind even tho I came in late due to coming after I got off work. Very impressed as a lot of pandas are likely to be old food and grumpy workers late at night.
