Super cozy, especially when it's freezing out.
While some say the menu items are going downhill, I've still got my personal favorites. Also, we can't really blame the staff for corporate changes to the menu. The staff here at this location has always been warm and welcoming. Wifi is fast, plenty of deals, and unlimited caffeine for your working/ schooling needs. I recommend the Chipotle Chicken Avo Melt and the Toasted Frongeta Chicken sandwiches (opt for the Ciabatta bread). The pick two system is great, but it's hard for me to pick a soup over more sandwich- the soups are great though.
Definitely recommend the sip club, even if you don't drink coffee. Also the drive-thru is a quick way to get a large soda any time you are on the road. Sip club also works country-wide so you can get free drinks on road trips, airports, etc. It's great, especially when you can get the $3/ month deal.
Additionally, if you're feeling non-sociable, you can get everything you need with the kiosks or the app. It really does not get any more convenient. Wake up, grab unlimited coffee, snag a wall plug for your laptop, and get to it! Thanks to all the peeps behind the counter for making our daily workload less insufferable 💪

Went through drive through for online order on 1/26/25. Food we received is fine, but a full Chicken Avo B.L.T. was missing from our order. Didn't know until we got home. Disappointing.

Well it’s been a while since I went to a Panera so thought I would try it. The food is not as good as it used to be to be. The soups seamed standard type of soups and the sandwiches are definitely smaller with less proteins in them. I understand the inflation but maybe just stick with a subway sandwich or other kinds of sandwich places to shop locally look for an owner owned to keep the money in our community. They are at 8001 w Franklin’s ( a very heavy traffic area.

My food order is wrong every single time.
And the drive through is always rude.
just ordered a rustic baked potato soup with no bacon and then once I got it there was bacon in it, I cannot have bacon as I practice the Islamic religion, not halal.

I have to say with all this inflation, Panara is doing well. I use to think they were expensive, but for two to eat, I didn't have to take out a second mortgage, and you got a decent amount of food. At the location I went to, it was hard to find a clean place to sit and eat, but overall, it was great.

Avocado Toast but not toasty. Quite bland.
Cashier did not know what was in a Green Smoothie when we asked her

The soup is getting more generic every year, doesn't taste fresh, I'm assuming it's coming from bags? The baked potato soup I just had was rich with very little flavor. The service there was pretty dismal with touch screens only, to order. My to go soup order (yes I'm aware it was a lunch rush) took 25 minutes and I had to ask staff if they had texted me. Very expensive for tolerable, but not good, food.

Save yourself $20 for a tiny hard sandwich with wilted lettuce and instead drive down the street to get a banh mi at Baguette Deli for 1/4 the price, twice the food, fresh baked bread and support a local business instead of a corrupt franchise. ?
That decision is always a better one.

The workers are always so so kind and do their best. They’re very quick and even make up for it with a free cookie if an order is ever taking a bit of time because they’re super busy. You guys are amazing! Thank you for the great food!!

I bring breakfast into my office every Thursday so I thought I'd give Panera a try. I ordered the chipotle chicken egg sandwiches. they had them ready on time for me to pick up, and the office all said the sandwiches were great. Thank you for the great service and food we will be making Panera one of our regular go to's for breakfast.

The poppy seed fruit salad is delicious! The woman who took our order was friendly, and Panera has lists of everything they serve that is gluten free. That was extremely helpful.
