We ordered through the app and we waited for an hour and we get things get delayed…we have a restaurant but it’s a little frustrating it was so long without any word or heads up but whatever, we went and picked it up. When we got there, however, the girl I went to ask about the order was extremely rude and extremely disrespectful. The worst customer service we’ve ever received.

I'm editing this review only because the service has become so inconsistent. The Last few trips here, they have forgotten the sides and missed adding ingredients to our sandwiches. Still friendly and good food.
We eat here weekly and absolutely love it! We use the app to place our order, pick it up through the drive through, and head home. Quick, convenient, easy!

Panera is absolutely amazing! After I visited for the first time, it immediately became my go-to. I'll talk about the environment later, but first let me talk about the salads. I come for the salads--I don't get anything else because salads are what I want.
They have a lot of different salads, and they are masterpieces! Each salad has a variety of flavors and textures. They are healthy, filling, and enjoyable to eat. Each salad comes with a free apple or piece of baguette. If you're needing more protein or grains in your diet, they have salads with those in them.
Can I just mention the environment, too? It's a super enjoyable cozy environment. It's got a lot of seating, but there's such a wide variety of types of seating that half the fun of the visit is choosing where to sit. There are round tables, rectangular tables, booths with benches, a tall counter with chairs, and comfy chairs by the fireplace with side tables.
The way it's designed, it feels nice and open when you walk in. There are plenty of seats in the middle of the area, but there are also smaller walls making it easy to find a corner to sit in if you're worried about being overstimulated by seeing the entire restaurant.
There are several ways to order, too, which is awesome! You can go up and talk to a person like in a normal restaurant, you can order at an electronic kiosk, or you can order from your phone on their website or app. If you come regularly and make an account on the app, you can get rewards and deals. They're pretty good too if you come fairly often.
Last but not least, it never takes very long at all for my food to be ready.
Overall, I've been coming nearly every week for a while, and I love it!
P.S. It's sit down, but it's not awkward in the slightest coming to eat here by myself.

We ordered the half sandwich & salad. The salad dressing was pre mixed into salad but the salad was still extremely dry & required I go ask for a side of ranch. The half sandwich was aTurkey Bravo, also extremely dry... I'm not even sure if they bothered putting anything other than the meat and cheese on the bread. Overall.... their food seemed as if it were put together without regard for the way its described on the menu... we spent $44.00 for 2 half sandwich & salad lunches that were literally so dry they couldn't be enjoyed. This place is overpriced and overrated if you ask me.

Usually, I go to Zupas but wanted something different and regret the decision. See attached photo for the insultingly tiny Frontega sandwich. It has two slice marks and is at least half the size of what I've received on previous orders. For $7, I got a sandwich SMALLER than the included baguette side. I legit think I only got a quarter of a sandwich. Also, what happened to the chicken and wild rice soup? It tasted bland with a chemical aftertaste. I LOVED this soup but this was awful. My spouses order was normal sized and tasted fine.

Good food & place to eat. I think we all forgot about Panera Bread. It's a place to go get something different than burgers & fries. Awesome menu to choose from.
