I had a delivery order from Papa John’s on Broadway, and while things didn’t go perfectly, the way Taylor handled it was absolutely top-tier customer service.
When I called to check on my order (which had been stuck in “preparing” for a while), Taylor picked up with warmth and honesty. Turns out they were short on drivers and stuck waiting on DoorDash. Instead of brushing me off or making excuses, Taylor immediately offered solutions: remake the pizza fresh, send it again, or even void the charge entirely and give it to me for free because of the delay. I couldn’t pick it up myself, and Taylor didn’t hesitate—he made sure I’d still get a hot, fresh pizza without paying a dime.
It wasn’t just about the pizza—it was the kindness, the clarity, and the genuine care. Taylor turned a frustrating moment into a reminder that good people still run businesses. If you’re ordering from this location, know that you’re in good hands. Thank you, Taylor—you made my day!

I called and asked what specials they had. The girl who answered stated they had a large one topping pizza for $8.99. I selected that deal, and asked to have cheese as my first topping and to add pepperoni and mushrooms as additional toppings.
The girl on the phone stated she could not do that and proceeded in a failed attempt to upsell me on two large pizzas. Im a single guy here for work, and im simply trying to get a couple slices of pizza so im not starving. I drove all noght to get here, and this was my very first experience with a restaurant in Boise.
I would highly advise against this bait and switch pizza shop.
I highly recommend that you go elsewhere, anywhere other than this place. They could care less about their customers. This actually sucks.
But, no worries.; this will be the last time I wver call a Papa Johns.
I will go to sleep hungry, thanks Papa John , knew you didn't care about your customers.

Tonight's delivery was undoubtedly the worst I've ever received. Food and service. The papa bowl, which I've attached a picture of is ridiculous for $10. Tasted horrible. BBQ chicken papdilla had a BONE in it. Doordash now does their deliveries. Evidently. Every order I've ever received from doordash has been cold, as well as this one. Plus the doordash driver spoke no English. And only texted in Spanish. Evidently my $75 order was last in line for the Dasher's deliveries of three or four.

Can't believe I just paid like over 20 bucks for something that doesn't hardly weigh anything ,like fake low quality fluffy puffy gross bread with a tiny thin layer of cheese and majorly skimping on the toppings. Very processed food with a lot of aftertaste. Way overpriced. This same type of pizza with better quality that would weigh like three times as much would be like one third the price in most countries in the world....

"I'm absolutely thrilled to have discovered Papa John's Pizza! The convenience of being able to order from a Local store is a game-changer. ACTUAL HUMANS NOT DOORDASH! The pizza itself was incredible - the crust was perfectly crispy, the sauce was flavorful, and the cheese was gooey and delicious. I can't wait to try more of their menu items! BROADWAY STORE ROCKS!
Door dash delivered our order an hour late. Pap John’s refunded the order and offered to send out a new order. Great customer service!
