So we just got our order from them. Got a text with a third party from door dash that they were delivering it. This is how our order came from them. 50$ down the trash, very upsetting. I want my money back.

This employee working tonight 1/19/25 doesn't want to make pizza. I've been trying to pick up a Doordash order for over an hour and she's just walking around waiting for the phone to ring to tell people their order has already been picked up or that it will be over an hour wait. Unacceptable.

What a joke of a pizza company. I call to make an order because I had an in-store coupon and get an out sourced phone ordering system not even the store. I was told 15-25min wait. Showed up at 30 min mark and pizza wasn’t even ready. Coupon was 15 days expired for my son but they wouldn’t accept it. Whatever I’m more frustrated that I had to wait another 25 min in store before I was handed my food. Stay away from this location or papa John’s in general.

These people are amazing! I came in today (October 21 2024) at 8:45 ish with pregnancy cravings and they SERVED!!! so kind and amazing ❤️❤️❤️ definitely my #1 spot now. The food was so fresh and perfect and the baby loved it so much ?
Dietary restrictions: Fruit allergy, pizza sauce usually messes me up and burns my gums and throat.. BUT IT DIDN'T!!! I COULD EAT IT WITHOUT PROBLEMS ❤️?

The pizza I ordered tonight was nasty and a waste of money,it arrived cold,hardly any pizza sauce on it and dry.....last time I will order from them. To start off I told the call center lady I wanted two all the meats pizzas, numerous times... When I got the email a few minutes later she had put in my order for two works pizzas....as soon as I seen this I called Papa John's back,within ten minutes... The manager told me she couldn't change my order.... even after I told her I was allergic to green peppers,but she would change one of the works for an all the meats,which she did,but I'm still not satisfied with what I paid for.....I don't want a credit for more pizzas,I want my money back if possible

Order somewhere else trust me. Quoted 45 min delivery and waited almost 2 hours. Pizza was cold. Literally anywhere else would be better

They are now using DoorDash, so driver capability will be hit and miss. Someone thought they knew better and changed my address from the street I am on, to another similar to mine. So took twice as long as it should have. Instead of hot or warmer pizza it was cool pizza. The flavors still there, but disappointed in the service choices. I also requested and paid for extra toppings in my order, had two slices only cheese. I guess I will stick with picking it up and maybe go back to PapaMurphy’s.
