Ordered 2 pizzas and cheese sticks. Delivery was fine other than the 1.5 hour wait. Paid cash and driver almost left without taking the money. We should have let him.Only about 1/3 of the cheese sticks had any cheese and it was cut like a pizza (not sticks).Wife's pizza had almost no chicken or bacon, and what little tomato was on there was all piled in the center.Both pizza's were undercooked, but mine egregiously so. Picked up a slice to have all the toppings slide off as I watched the dough stretch back down to the box.Will not be ordering from this location ever again.(Can't upload pictures from phone, or I would show the dough)

If I could give a zero I would... ordered online was told 45 minutes wait than drove the 15 minutes to get there to be told it's another 45 minutes out. Either update your online ordering to be accurate or pay people more than 7.25 and hire better

We ordered a Philly cheese steak pizza and it was absolutely gross. The dough on the pizza was floppy and soggy. We won’t be ordering from this location again!! Our dinner was ruined!

This company puts credit card tips for all drivers and servers onto managers paycards. That manager then pays taxes on all those tips and is expected to pull the cash off there own paycheck card and split up the tips between all employees working that day. Very very ILLEGAL OF PAPA JOHNS TO DO AND WE HAVE THE PROOF. When confronted with the proof the manager Jeff spreads rumors that people are on heroin. You want to threaten better BBB lmao what they gonna do but fine your locally owned franchise of a company for illegal practices.

Order cold and greasy considering that they are less than a half mile from us should have been hot. Was over $30 I told the driver I would give him $5 tip but he had no change so ended up with an $8 tip. Won't use them

Disgusting pizza. When you pick up a pizza you are supposed to eat with the toppings, right? - not with the pizza you get from here, expect to use a fork because all the toppings fall onto the plate. $70 for 2 pizzas and 1 cheese bread, for that price and quality is ridiculous. Maybe management should watch how they are making pizzas and how long they are cooking.
