Called ahead, was told there was a 15-20 minute wait. Not a problem, so I went about did some other stops before showing up. Not only did the staff forget about my pizza, they didn't even start making it once they realized. Waited another 20 minutes while walk-in customers were helped and sent with their orders. Never again, these guy don't know what they're doing.

I depended on Papa Murphys store to fulfill their online order commitment to make 4 pizzas for us at the State Street store in Boise, Idaho. We paid and had confirmation the pizzas would be ready by 5PM. When I arrived to pick up my order, the store employee informed me it would be 2-3 hours to complete my order and if I wanted a refund to stand in the next line. The next line was around 15 people deep. Understand I had to bring pizzas home to feed a large group and did NOT have time to deal with their inability to fulfill my order.In my panic (I was very anxious), I set out to find another place that could deliver four pizzas at the moment. Well Pizza Hut Saved the day! They cooked, cut, and delivered the pizzas in 15 minutes once I placed the order, AND the price was cheaper than my original order with this store.

This location has been a part of our family dinners for over a decade! The food is always good and the team is fast and friendly. Jocelyn, the manager, is a wonderful person and always has a smile, even during the biggest rush! Our favorite pizza is the chicken bacon artichoke, but the papa's perfect and cowboy are also pretty great!

Gave me a pickup time of 8:56. I showed up at 9:02 and they refused to give me a refund or give me the food because I they "lock their doors at 9."Terrible customer service.
Went to this papa Murphy's to get the signature pepperoni which has been running non stop on tv ads. Was informed by the manager who continued to get louder and louder that she doesn't watch tv so knows nothing about the ad, and she would not be honoring that price. That they are a franchise and not a corporate store and have just raised their prices. Why would I go drive somewhere to purchase a $14 pizza, that I then have to go home and cook? This location is dead to me.

I called and wanted to place an order for pick up. I called at 10:20 when google said that they were open. I called and they answered and were like “we don't open till 11. We didn't want you to keep calling. You can put your order in online. (Umm no i can't it doesn't give the option for pink sauce...) you can submit it online or call us back after we are open. I was very surprised at how I was treated normally the store is great!

I’ve given this location several opportunities but I’ve never experienced worse customer service than this store. One bad experience I can understand but it’s a regular occurrence. The employees are disrespectful, wont answer the phone, have a bad attitude and make sloppy skimpy pizzas and then Instead of trying to do better want to argue about it with you, I’m not exaggerating. The only reason I come back is because it’s close and convenient and I actually do like papa Murphy’s pizza but I’ve had it with this location. I rarely leave bad reviews but this store truly deserves it. It’s a shame truly.
