Excellent friendliness on pickup. Cooking didn't take too long . Taste is always well worth waiting for it to be cooked.

Boycot the Papa! They dropped a block of cheese on the ground. It was thrown in the trash. Sat for 2 minutes. Pulled out. Had the sides cut off. And served to the community. With the area manager telling the general manager it was okay.

Almost a month ago an employee dropped a block of cheese on the ground and threw it away. It sat in the trash for about 2 minutes. They told two managers. One told the other to pick it up, cut off the sides, and serve it and that none of his superiors had ever said not to. I told Central District Health.

Order correctly prepared and ready at our specified pickup time.

Titus, Sye, Kenna, Nasaria, Mia, Dewey, Isabella, Ethan, Kevyn, and Sean-Luc are such a fantastic crew and amazing people. Nick is a fabulous GM and is always very kind to me and the AM John is such an amazing person.
The pizza is always good too. 😁 10/10 would recommend.

I am so impressed with the new manager here, I came in to pick up a gluten free order and when I got there they were just getting ready to make it. The guy who took my payment was really nice and turned out to be the new GM training an all new crew. He asked me if it was a gluten allergy or celiacs, and when I said celiacs he informed his team that the pizza couldn't be made at the make table because of cross contamination, and went to the back to make it himself.
I AM SO IMPRESSED. That is 100% how celiacs should be handled and I can't sing enough praise for the care he took in my order, thank you SO much, new GM. I'm sorry I didn't get your name! We enjoyed that pizza with peace of mind, and no reactions. 💛 we will be back!

The pizzas were wrapped so loosely it was difficult to carry them without them slipping. You can also clearly tell that the cheese and pepperoni pizzas had other ingredients on them, there is still peices of mushroom in the cheese pizza and flakes of other ingredients all over the both of them.
