Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

I have gone to this store multiple times. The last 3 times I have been there I have gone through the drive through and asked to order or have pre ordered and every time I have I was asked to come inside. Different situations. Tonight I was asked to come in, I said I can’t because I had my baby with me and then was asked if I could park and call in. What is the point of a drive thru if I can’t order from it? So I went to get pizza elsewhere. Thanks for nothing Papa Murphy’s.

Jalapeno popper pizza was great! Recommended thin crust 12-18 min, I did 15 and it was burnt pretty good around the edges. Great flavor.

Ordered pizza on line for 5:30 and no other customers were there when we arrived. It took them an extra 15 minutes to get us our pizza at from the drive thru. Pizza was half assed when we got it home.Apologies really don’t help if there is no management there.

This store has a 4.3 rating. Not sure how. I wrote a review about the poor service and they wrote back saying they wanted to “make things right”. I wrote thinking they might actually care about their customers, at least on the corporate level, and i received no response. Absolute garbage.

Made a timed order for 4 o’clock. Came in 5 minutes before and they hadn’t even started making the pizza it’s now almost 10 minutes passed my TIMED order and they’re just chit chatting behind the counter. No urgency at all. Kind of makes me not want to come back.

Absolute trash service. Waited 30 minutes, came down, haven’t even started my order. Sitting here waiting almost 10 minutes past the 30 minutes to prepare a raw pizza. Now get to sit and listen to the two workers flirt instead of making my pizza. Lost a long time customer tonight.

We didn’t even get in the door to order a pizza before a rude young lady came out of the store and told me I wasn’t parked in a parking spot. Little did she know I had just had hip surgery a week ago and was dropping the person off at the door to order for me. Maybe before assuming, she should have waited a moment and she would have seen me move my car. She also had marker all over her face so I’m not sure I would have wanted her making my food anyway.
