We have inline ordered many times from here and they never get our order correct. When we call them they say to bring it back. I can’t drive all the way back! This place is the worst service. Not going here anymore. We are done.

Absolute WORST CASE OF FOOD POISONING after eating the breadsticks from Papa Murphy’s on Lake Hazel Sunday 1/14. My husband and I are still sick two days later. I am so thankful I did not let my 9 month old son try a few bites or we would have been in the ER. This location is down the road from us and we will NEVER return. Beware!

Ordered and paid online. Waited at window for 10 minutes and had to knock for someone to pay attention. By now our order should have been for 20 minutes but they didn't have part of it. Those young kids needs someone to give them direction and teach them some customer service.

The pizza is good. I'm disappointed they replaced the bread stick wheel and deserts with a pull apart version. Does not taste the same. These are my family favorites. Customer service at the lake Hazel location is fantastic. Location is always clean when I pick up. I will update food from 2 stars to 5 when they bring back the original bread sticks. Why change a great thing? I will also change my 3 star overall to 5.
I usually would have an amazing review for this restaurant. However, after a recent meatballs and marinara order.. they only get two stars. We didn't get around to cooking them for a couple of days. When we did, we noticed there were only six in the package with a few quarters. Upon calling the store to find out how many are normally in there, telling me 10... I explained that there were only six with a few quarters. She told me they must have run short and so they cut them up to equal the proper amount. I said, What??? I asked her why the gentleman didn't tell me there was an issue. He told me he had to go make them because they weren't ready yet. I had gone through the drive-thru. So I waited. And when he came back I didn't bother to check because I thought he did what he was supposed to do. She said, he must not have had enough and so that's what he did. She didn't offer to make it right, or act like anything was wrong with the fact that they chipped me out of my meatballs. And money! I have some my slice rewards.. I probably won't be using them...ever.

Someone was in the drive thru and he never moved. Instead of asking him to park so the rest of the line could go thru they just let him sit there. The reason I use drive thru is it's harder for me to walk in., which I had to do, so thank you.

Called and placed my order over the phone. Went to pick it up and it was wrong, ordered a large and a medium they made 2 mediums also said olives on the side, but they put them on the pizza. They rang me up for the 2 mediums. Then they remade it wrong again. Then remade it for a 3rd time then asked me to pay the difference in pricing for the correct sizes after I was there for 1 hour wasting my time. Terrible service
