I really like Parillas and have been going there for years. I normally get the chanco pork tacos with the tomatillo salsa. I’ve always tasted a moldy taste and thought maybe it was the tomatillos. I’ve tried several different meats and sauces now and tonight…. Sure enough it’s the seasoning on the pork. I’m not sure who tried and tested this recipe, but it absolutely tastes like mold.
Been going here 20 years. Always tweaking the menu, and that’s good. Lots of weird combinations for burritos and wraps, but they usually nail it

We came in with a big group as part of a group activity and the team were friendly and kind, gave great customer service, and even happily jumped in and participated in our photo scavenger hunt!
