Came in by chance and was not disappointed one bit! The food is FANTASTIC. I got the fiery shrimp as a burrito instead of a salad and my husband got a build as you go burrito. The ingredients were fresh and crisp and the flavors were 100% on point. Definitely worth a stop in.

We've been to the 13th st location on several occasions never had any issues until we went to the downtown location.
It was during happy hour at approximately 410pm on 2/4/26 we had a burrito the meat that went into the burrito was barely lukewarm which was fine in my opinion I'm not super picky and often eat my means cold. There must have been some bad bacteria in the meat. My partner and I had ordered the same exact meal and both ended up with severe stomach issues hers worse than mine. It's been nearly 24 hours now and we are both suffering 😪.

Been going here for a while and had good experiences with prior staff, the past few times I have gone it has not been near as good. Chicken tastes different, rice is mushy, and one staff member was rude. Used to come here weekly but I don’t think I’ll be returning again

Update 12/03/2025: Now Parilla doesn't have tofu. I'm done coming here.
February 2025: Sad to report the tortilla chips are now cooked in beef tallow . . . Who does that? Now, no chips on the side with my tofu Wrap of Khan. Disappointed.

The food was quite good. I enjoyed all the flavor and spices. It was a unique experience. The chips were really fresh and the salsa was FIRE in the best ways.
The bartender, Mia, poured a mean margarita. It was made even better by her great attitude and smile. Very friendly. Service was fantastic.

My favorite lunch spot downtown! I come here every week, their burritos and wraps are definitely my favorite thing to eat. They bring unique flavors into their burritos, like ginger-banana chutney and Thai peanut sauce, so it's not your traditional burrito. All of their meats are great, but I'm honestly in love with the fried tofu right now. They have a collection of hot sauces to add, and the hottest ones are no joke, I recommend the Stash. Their chips + queso are a great appetizer, even the chips themselves are made in house with a light lime-salt flavor covering the entire chip. The staff is extremely friendly and always make me feel welcome, it's a great spot!

This place is great. My kids love their tacos and I love the dollar tacos on Tuesdays and Thursdays. But their queso, and the various ways that you can customize it is so delicious. Don’t skip the queso!

When you host a football watch party. Be ready to play the game you promised. Failed multiple weeks. Missed the kickoff. Bartender rude. Very unsatisfied. Won't be back.

Got two burrito bowls and they were out of rice, instead of asking us if we want to wait for more the guy proceeds to speed us down the line, after he finished the bowls and left them at the end of the counter, about 25 flies were sitting waiting for our food. I get that it’s fly season but letting customers’ food sit out for a second while flies land all over it is pretty gross. Maybe we cover the to-go bowls right away after they’re made from now on? Usually this place is great. But this guy just seemed unbothered and ready to get out of there. Also found questionable pieces of a mystery ingredient in one of our bowls, could have been plastic, I really wasn’t sure it just didn’t seem appetizing
