Okay I rarely give bad reviews but the Pilsner was the worst non potable sour tasting canned Payett beer I have ever had. Sorry no dice barely worthy of the drain. Make crap like that good luck.

Great service and ambient.

Went on a Saturday and there was only 2 servers at the bar so the line was out the door. They served their beer in a clear plastic Solo cup. I've never ever seen another brewery do that, I felt like I was at a high school party. I've been there plenty of times and every time I wonder why I keep coming back because the service is horrible and the beer is just mediocre. I'll stick with Mother Earth and Barbarian from now on...

Dog friendly, large outside beer garden. A few TVs to watch some sports on and tons of seating in this very large taproom.

The beers are decent, wish they would have had the Blood Orange IPA. I drank the Sehr Kuhl IPA. it was okay, but a very light IPA.

We met some friends there after a memorial service and were looking forward to some Queens food truck or another truck's eats, but there wasn't any. Big bummer, skipped lunch too. They do have bagged nuts for sale. Maybe some pretzels would be good, but I know they end up on the floor making a mess. I know food can be ordered and delivered, but i don't do that.

Beertenders are knowledgeable about the brews and gave good service. Free tastes are available, don't be afraid to ask.

They have a nice selection of brews on tap and by can as well. They have a nice friends outside for summer times and they have a nice big fire pit for the colder weather. They brew on site and you can view the massive brew room. They normally have two food trucks on site here to feed your belly.

We recently hosted a large party at Payette Brewing, and it couldn't have gone better! The brewery offers a fantastic outdoor area with plenty of space, perfect for enjoying the nice weather. But even if the weather isn't cooperating, they have an equally great indoor space—spacious, comfortable, and just as inviting.

The staff was incredibly accommodating and easy to work with from start to finish. Whether you're looking for a laid-back outdoor vibe or a cozy indoor setup, Payette Brewing is the ideal venue for large gatherings. Highly recommended!

September 8th - pretty rough start to the football season as the huge tv they have setup to watch games has lost connection 5 times (for more than 5 minutes) in the first half of the first game…

If you are here for beer, you chose the wrong place. This is a good drinking atmosphere (way to many kids) with some of the worst beer in the city. Maybe I'll enjoy it once I have kids

Beer was okay, the hundreds of flys all over the taproom ruined the experience.

Becky

It's just ok.

Standard brews are above what a normal human should be entitled to. Despite our shortcoming as a species, we deserve to be treated well occasionally. Staff is top notch.

Some of the best beer Ive ever tasted. Great place for a date too!
