Came to try out this new local joint. The venue is really modern and pretty. It had a 50% off sushi sign so why not? We ordered the miso, Tiffany roll and shrimp lovers roll. The miso lacked flavor, it didn't really taste like miso. The one piece of nori that was in my bowl was super hard. It hadn't been hydrated long enough. The Tiffany roll is basically a CA roll fried, it was ok. The Shrimp lovers roll was a little better. There was no type of acid to the sushi rice which was a little disappointing. It was just normal steamed rice rolled up in the rolls. Both the rolls basically tasted the same, very one note. It's awkwardly quiet. There's no music, the TVs are on but no sound. You just hear the staff talking through the whole dining visit. Our server was sweet and attentive.Disclaimer: not all rolls apply to thier 50% sign on thier front door.

Hate to give bad reviews but the food was gross. We got the Happy Family and Dragon and Phoenix. Dinner had absolutely no flavor and spring rolls tasted straight ginger. The worst food we have had in awhile. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I ordered the cashew chicken dinner platter for take out. You get a decent amount of food for the price you pay, with enough for leftovers! The chicken was almost a bit too saucy, but overall was pretty good!

To start off with, the atmosphere is very pleasant. A have a few light sensitive family members and they commented on how nice and warm the lighting was. The staff was friendly and prompt. The walnut shrimp and the orange chicken are a must there. Best we've ever had. Just the texture alone was impressive. Perfectly crispy even in the delicious sauce. They made sure we had fresh hot rice with those two dishes. A small annoyance I have is when you get a pot of tea at a restaurant and so many times the tea goes from too hot to drink while waiting for it to brew and then it's barely luke warm by the time it's strong enough to drink. This tea was hot from beginning to end. We were all very happy with the rolls as well. The amount of options is almost overwhelming. Everything we got was so good. I felt like there was more variety than some other sushi places I've been to. Even the sauces on the sushi were above many of the places we've been to. Overall a fantastic experience and we will absolutely be back.

We love this place and eat here often, but this is the 2nd time an outside the building sign wasn't accurate... incredibly deceitful practice.

We loved our experience at Peking Tokyo Asian Bistro yesterday. In addition to having excellent sushi rolls (good sized pieces of fish, good variety, fresh tasting) and unbeatable prices, our service was great and the atmosphere really quite pleasant. Nicely decorated, comfortable, lots of space. We look forward to coming back to this sushi gem in Boise!

Here’s where it goes downhill, I got the pad Thai, I’m currently recovering on food poisoning from the chicken in the pad Thai and if I were to go there again I would never order it. It made me so so sick and left me feeling terrible.
