I thoroughly enjoyed my first visit to Percy yesterday when a friend and I, with our two dogs in tow stopped in for an early dinner on the patio. Having reserved an outdoor table, the staff was so wonderfully accommodating of our pets and us, seating us where we could easily keep our distance from another table in the event other dogs were present. The hostess immediately brought a water bowl for the pups, which was really appreciated. Our waiter, Tristen was attentive, friendly and offered useful guidance with the many choices on the menu. We ordered the braised short ribs dinner and the ahi tuna. Both were excellent and I'm looking forward to next time to try another yummy dish! The prices are pretty steep, particularly for the wine so prepare for some expense, but for an early evening's dinner in an outdoor setting, I can't think of another patio that's nicer. The Percy's faces north, so the building shades the whole patio and 4th is a fairly quiet street thus conversations weren't ever interrupted by traffic noises.

The hostess, Jordan, was amazing! My family and I showed up with only 45 minutes before the BSU game, just hoping to grab a quick drink. The bar was packed, but instead of turning us away, Jordan graciously gave us a table that was available before the next reservation. By the time we had our drinks, our 45 minutes were nearly up—but Jordan came over and kindly told us not to rush, as she had rearranged things so we could relax and enjoy. She was so sweet, welcoming, and hospitable, and she made us love Percy even more!

We had the skirt steak, salmon and grilled artichoke. To drink we had a Luck Pique, which is huckleberry, pineapple and lemonade. Everything was absolutely amazing. The food was cooked to perfection and the flavor was out of this world. The service was outstanding. It’s safe to say we will be back many times!

Random date night landed us here and it was sooo yummy! We shared the grilled artichoke (hands down, best we have EVER eaten!) and the Shaved Brussels Salad. Mmmm, both were delicious. Hubby ordered the Steak Frites and I ordered the Skirt Steak. Again, both were phenomenal. For dessert, we had the peach and blackberry crisp with a delectable crust that only dreams are made of. All in all, the patio was pleasant, the service was superb, and the food was excellent.
The Percy burger was delicious, with the caramelized onions. I would certainly go back again!

One of my favorite places in Boise. You need to try: Percy Caesar - AMAZING. 10/10. The spinach artichoke dip with their homemade hot sauce - amazing, delicious, another 10/10. And lastly their porchetta dip….. 1000000/10. The buttery sesame bread, the tender porchetta, the au jus. Absolutely to die for. The staff is always so nice and attentive.

Had an amazing dinner here last night! The burger is yummy and simple but the star of the night is the new risotto with whipped goat cheese and the seasonal heirloom rotation and burrata salad.
Also the service was super attentive. Great atmosphere!

My wife and I went to an early dinner here at about 5pm. There was no wait, we ordered the biscuits as a starter and their burger and skirt steak. My wife ordered her steak medium rare and that's how it showed up, I ordered my burger medium well and there was a little pink in the middle like there should be. Both entries were very good We ended the meal with a slice of cheesecake that was really good too. The staff were nice and attentive, and our food arrived pretty fast. Its a nice place for lunch or Dinner. Upscale casual is how I viewed Percy.
