PHO NOMENAL truly lives up to its name! My brother and I came in after a night of drinking, and this place brought us back to life. The broth was rich and flavorful, the noodles were perfectly cooked, and every bite felt like a warm hug. It hit the spot in every way. The staff was friendly, the service was quick, and the vibe was super chill—exactly what we needed. If you’re ever in need of comfort food that actually works miracles, this is the place. 10/10 would slurp again....

You'll go for the pho but you'll go back again and again for their Beef Stew (P10 or P11, I prefer 11 without the noodles and with the bread).

I can't think of a dish in Boise I would put above it. It's a fatty cut of beef so if you’re squeamish about extra collagen and flavor in your life let someone else order and then steal a taste of the broth and cry from the most extreme order envy you've ever had.

This place was pretty average for a Pho restaurant which is fine because it's hard to go wrong with Pho if you know what you are doing. Pho tasted fine but not extraordinary, service was fine and the staff that brought out the food did a good job. I wish the bowls were bigger compared to other Pho locations but you'll get full if you finish off your broth. Feel free to come to this place to at least compare it to other Pho locations around.
