The crab Rangoon was awful. The wonton wrappers were too thick and tough and there was very little filling. The spring rolls weren't very good. The pho broth was bland and oily. Our kiddo said his side of rice was good... Went there to try their bahn mi but they were sold out. The appetizers were so bad I don't think I'll be back to try the sandwich though.. Server wasn't concerned that we didn't like our food but otherwise service was ok.

First timer here and not a stranger to Vietnamese food. Had the summer fresh rolls and grilled pork and shrimp bowl. Both were delicious and incredibly fresh. Love the house made sauces and presentation of the meals. Service was excellent and location is just as great. We will be back soon.

The music is quite loud, so it was difficult to hear our server. The phō was incredibly bland and just tasted like salted chicken stock. There were maybe 4 pieces of beef and a few bites of noodles, no onions or scallions. The bun bo hue was the same. Overall bland and greasy :(

wow!!! wowwwww!! went here with my bf last week as we were walking around downtown and even though it was like 93 degrees out, we both wanted to stop in for some pho.
it was AMAZING! the portion they give you is huuuge so you basically get two meals in one lol. the staff were SUPER nice! one of my new favorite spots in Boise for sure!

Had never had Vietnamese food before and everything was amazing! The spring rolls were cooked perfectly and were the perfect starter. We had traditional pho and a spicy noodle soup. Tons of flavor and really fresh herbs and veggies. The service was fact and pleasant, prices were reasonable for the amount and quality of the food. This is one of our new favorite places in town!

If you’re in the mood for Pho I highly recommend going to Pho Nouveau! I love their crispy spring rolls but the Pho is out of this world. I would go more if parking wasn’t a difficultly but if you can find a spot, it’s absolutely worth it :-)

I had the spicy beef with shrimp and the crispy spring rolls. The food was delicious, the staff were friendly and hardworking. Atmosphere was pleasant and accommodating. I really enjoyed this place, will eat here again!

Starting of the service and servers are always wonderful. There are a few that have been around for a long time and at this point they know my order.Second, the food, at least what I order is great and consistent. Years ago this was my wife’s, the girlfriend, and my regular date night. We share a bowl of the spicy Pho. It’s affordable and always great. There is just something about there broth specifically that I love. Most pho is good but there is something special about Pho Nouveau.
