I travel a lot and this is hands down, not just the best Pho in the valley, but anywhere I've tried, both in and out of Boise. High turnover of staff is the only downside as your server is likely to be new and not overly knowlegable. Owners are solid chefs tho, even if their staff is always different, & the Pho is AMAZING. Suggestion, just get Pho, leave other dishes till you've tried what they have mastered.

I sat at the counter, and the guy looked up from the register and gave me a menu. You didn’t ask me if I wanted some water or gave me any silverware, but that was his job as I waited and waited. No one came to see me. There was some kid trying to look busy, but no one came. I sat there for 15 minutes, I was very disappointed and I walked out

We walked in early without realizing it wasn’t quite open and met the owner and he very kindly got us some takeout. It was AMAZING! The owner is so nice and the food delicious, we are going back asap! At normal hours ??Dietary restrictions: Great gluten free option

My partner and i just came here for pho, were vegan and were hoping to have some of their plant based broth. I specified veggie broth for both of the phos, and once we received them mine seemed like it was made with the veggie broth. But my partner told me she was worried that hers had animal broth, and so I tasted it and it definitely tasted a lot different than mine. Once we got home she got really sick and although the owner was kind and reached out apologizing, eating animal bone broth was very upsetting and made her sick. If you are vegetarian/vegan and go here be careful so you don’t have a similar experience.
