Such good Pho! Highly recommend. The broth is great! Especially the "spicy" one. Anyone that knows Pho knows everything is about the broth, the noodles and everything else are just extra. They did take the extra step is steam my bean sprouts since I'm pregnant. Don't forget to ask for an extra bowl so you don't ruin the broth by adding hot sauce.I will come back!

The vegetables were fresh, the authentic Pho was delicious! Our waitress was very friendly. We really enjoyed the spring rolls too.

I finally just got my carry-out food order that was placed over an hour and a half ago. They said it would be ready in 20 minutes and I showed up in 45 just to make sure it was done and then I stood there and waited for over another 45. If I could give the restaurant zero stars I would. They literally have no concept of customer service whatsoever. If you are standing at their counter and waiting they won't even acknowledge your existence or make eye contact with you. Terrible, terrible, terrible service--The worst I have had anywhere in Idaho, by far.

Food was really good! I felt bad for the workers inside because it seemed like they were short staffed for the lunch rush

One of my favorite Vietnamese restaurants in the area, if not my very favorite. The staff here is great and it has a very homey feel. The food is amazingly flavorful and well apportioned.

Great honeydew smoothie, servers were attentive but not naggy and very friendly.Food tasted fresh and presentation was pleasant. Nice spacious interior. Wasn't very crowded when I went and music is at an ideal volume

It was very quiet when we arrived, and we were doubtful if the food was good. As we started ordering, people trickling in. Some were ordered for take out.We tried Bun Bo Hue (Central Vietnam Beef Soup) and Com Thit Nuong (Grilled Pork Rice). The spicy Hue soup was very good, we really enjoyed it. Grilled Pork was mediocre.Service was fast and friendly.

Wonderful food! The waiter was great and answered all our questions as well as recommend and explain the beers available. Great food, reasonable prices and friendly service. I look forward to visiting again soon.

I've visited Pho Tay a few times now, so I thought I would add my review, having tried several of their dishes. I'm glad to have such great Vietnamese food in the neighborhood. Their pho is solid and always hits the spot when you want a pho fix. The broth is the right balance of sweet and savory, and it never disappoints. Today, I gave their Bun (rice vermicelli and grilled pork) a try, and it was without a doubt the best Bun I've had in years. The serving size was generous, the cut of an pork was high quality (not half fat and gristle like it can be at some restaurants), and the flavor was perfectly balanced - although I did add some chili paste to kick up the heat a little. I will definitely be having that again! If you haven't already, give Pho Tay a try. You won't be disappointed.

I'm sure it's good but if you're like myself and do not eat GMO vegetables and fruits then you can't eat anything on the menu. Super great service, bright and open ambiance.
