We called late at night to place a to-go order, and from the start, the person who answered the phone seemed irritated and unenthusiastic about having to do her job. We wanted to double-check if they were still accepting orders, and she confirmed they were, so we began placing our order. However, when we asked how long it would take, she abruptly said it would be an hour or more. We were surprised by the long wait time, and her response was, “You ordered an f-ton of pizzas, what do you expect?” We were shocked by her rude attitude and ended up canceling the order. Completely uncalled for and disappointing service.

Definitely a good pizza for a nice price! Probably one of my favorites to go to late at night walking around downtown or after bar hopping. It taste great and the people there are nice.
My husband and I went to the pie hole last night October 1st 2024 the service was fine but for $40 for the price of a pizza and a tip that we left we got a burnt pizza and our breadsticks were so hard we could not bite them it's not somewhere I would go again I'm sure the experience probably isn't always this way it's just we had a really poor experience there

Came in on 8/24/24 for dinner. Waited a few minutes in line, to be completely taken aback by an extremely rude young girl behind the counter. (I have never been there before & was maybe at the wrong counter.) Even a co-worker looked at me with wide eyes after her rude yelling and pointing. This is my first time walking out of an establishment, and my first time leaving a bad review.
