You’re lucky you got two stars. The only thing that gets you two stars is the food. I came during lunch time because I have learned not to come close to your closing time. I will come for the pita but the rest is due to CERY POOR

Showed up today at 3:40pm and online and the hours on the door it stated they close at 4 on Sundays. The door was locked and the guy was cleaning the grill behind the counter didn’t even make eye contact with my husband and I! Bad customer service

Stunning pitas! Really like the Mediterranean pita!
I was refused service because I have a service animal. I told the person there it was illegal to refuse a disabled person service that is open to the public.

After a long, 7 hour drive my mouth was frothing for the infamous "pita pit". I waste time for them to open as I know these are usually the baddest pita around town. I show up on Sunday Afternoon, to some chick on the phone with what seemed to be some "homie" while trying to help me at the same time. She then just walks away to the back to grab worker #2 who dang judges my custom 1-off build the moment I ask her to put Doritos in my pita. She then cooks the chicken for approx 45 seconds and sends me on my way. After being around my friend who has been in the pita pit business for YEARS, I cannot even come close to suggesting this business. Ruined my entire drive

Ryan was fantastic. He had a great attitude and awesome customer service skills. He did an excellent job making both of our Philly Pitas just before closing. Keep up the great work Ryan. We need more people like you

Friday Night 5/17 at 10:30pm I was picking up an order and all the lights were out. Door was unlocked so I went in and I asked why ll the lights were out and the kid behind the counter laughed and said I don’t want people in here. Even thought they are open till 1am. I was like cool dude I’m sure ur Mangers would love to hear this. He was not nice and just laughed at me. I suggest finding people that actually want to work and help your business make money.

Phone number belongs to some poor random lady from the sounds of it.

I have not gone to a pita pit restaurant in a very long time. In truth, the only reason I stumbled upon this one is because I had gotten lost driving in Boise. The staff was very friendly and helpful to my dietary restrictions. The food was quick and very delicious. Finding that restaurant was a happy accident for sure.

My coworker and I went there for lunch yesterday and it got us both sick. The kitchen area looked really dirty and on top of that the pita bread was wet and soggy. That was the first time I've ever went to the Broadway Pita Pit and it will be the last. I usually go to the one in Meridian and it tastes a lot better and I've never gotten sick going to that one.

The front door was unlocked, but we were told we could only order online due to staffing. The orders came out small and dry with little flavor. We won't be back to this location.

When is it open? When is it closed? All information says different. So who really knows.
