I've been ordering from this location for around a year. Normally the food shows up hot and on time. Not tonight, pizza took around 45 minutes to even get sent out, then Pizza Hut shuffled the delivery off onto Doordash, the driver proceeded to complete 2 more deliveries in the complete opposite direction of my house. When I got my food an hour and fifteen minutes later, it was cold. Also the amount of toppings for a large 3 topping are usually a decent amount. The pizza I got is mostly cheese. I will NEVER ORDER from this store EVER AGAIN.

Ordered a simple pep and cheese pizza and waited the 30-40 minutes only to have what looks to be a reheated pizza that was sitting in the warmer to long? If I had ordered a thin sliced pizza I would be happy but didn’t this pizza was so thin and unappetizing looking I couldn’t even take a bite not to mention the complete lack of cheese fortunately the customer service was nice and offered a free pizza in return after numerous calls and holds

Horrible communication. Over one hour to get a pizza. Was told 17 minutes. When talking to the clerk, that the delivery driver needed to go quickly because he was getting reviewed for the transaction and he’s been waiting 30 minutes, the clerk could’ve cared less.

I just had a terrible experience with dominos last week I decided to come down to pizza hut on Wednesday to order some food and Emily was so sweet and helped me figure out what I wanted since I don't normally eat from here, well safe to say this is my new favorite spot for good pizza and wings!!!

The convenience of a quick slice is a significant advantage for my busy schedule. Consequently, this location has rapidly ascended to the top of my preferred dining choices. don't order extras, this location will just take your money and not deliver. ordered a pan pizza, 2 extra dollars, extra cheese, an extra dollar. the pizza arrived with neither of those things. crust was clearly not a pan, and there was like 2 inches of dry crust with nothing. called and i was told they can assure me i'm mistaken. just take your business to another pizzahut, this one's not run well.

Whoever delivered my pizza at about 10:50pm tonight was such a gentleman. I accidentally tipped him a $100 bill instead of a $20 bill and he was so honest in how he made me aware of my mistake. What an amazing employee you guys have!
