There is a great and unearthly presence within this store. The air pressure inside is a bit lower than outside so you really have to pull the door open. The lobby is empty and barely held together with decorations. The staff here are prone to ignore you; I once asked if they had seen anything strange and they kept asking me if I was here for pick up or needed to place an order. Some times I hear laughter coming from the back of the store. If anyone knows how to reach the staff please tell me.
The food is decent but comes at a satisfactory price if you know how to play their system. Do not bring a gieger counter into the building, the staff will kick you out. Birds and squirrels tend to avoid this place. I am thankful for the staff containing that unknowable, unspeakable presence, but I hope it doesn't destroy them. Also the icing is back, still no quepapas though.

Pizza Hut in Payette Idaho has the worst pizza very little toppings, cheese wasn't melted. . I ordered a supreme pizza. Then the driver told me he didn't have change. I let him know that he carries a least 20. in change so he stood there I held out my hand. Give me my change ot take it back. I got my 15 dollar's. I have the best pizza from the Caldwell restaurant.

I ordered for delivery. First it wasn't even delivered by a pizza hut driver. It was delivered by door dash. Pizza showed up cold. Looked and tasted like cardboard. Door dash driver just left it at my door didn't even knock to let me know that it arrived. The box was not sealed left open. I will not order from Pizza Hut again.

This place was great until they made their deals worthless by requiring a 20 dollar order minimum and using door dash for delivery. So much for cheap food

For the basic price of a specialty pizza at 20 dollars with additional add ons costing 5 dollars more, you have to pay an addition for pizza huts Pan crust as well. The boneless nuggets almost a dollar each with many being no bigger than a the size of a quarter. With all that being said I payed full price for a Specialty Supreme pizza with 2 extra topping. there was barely 8 pepperonis and less than a half cup of everything else on the pizza. 10 of the 16 nuggets were the size of a quarter at the wopping cost of almost 45 dollars for those two items I'm not sure what I am paying for anymore. And maybe if it was just the first experience but it's been every single time we order. Not sure why I insisted on pizza hut again but my guy keeps telling they suck. I think it's time to look elsewhere for pizza.

I made an online order and wasn’t told they would be utilizing DoorDash to deliver my order. So the dasher didn’t carry any change with him. So I was charged a delivery fee and was pretty much forced to tip $9 for a delivery that wasn’t even 2 minutes away from my apartment. To me, that’s crazy you’re not informed and put in a position like that.

Kinda weird, pizza crust was kinda hard and dry, very little sauce, boneless wings are a rip off, maybe go for cinnebons?

So great got that big box deal and some sweets, delicious and I got a discount for a minor mistake, which was super awesome given my current circumstances, they were so kind and fun when I went in there, joking and smiling, great experience. I cannot tell you how much I disliked them for years. Growing up the pizza tasted like cardboard to me, it I pretty delicious now! Thanks guys!
Kid-friendliness: Kind people with great customer service skills, the kids would be good going in here for sure.

It sucked I tried for 30 minutes to call pizza hut because my order was wrong ,then they kept forwarding me to their automated ordering line only to be told they couldn't help me with my problem. So I ended up taking my order and to their store by my house. Then I had to deal with Colton who was very cocky and rude to me and was refusing to remake only my melt boxes and not my boneless chicken wings. He remade my melts and only that ,he did give me some money on my account The only problem I have is all of these people want to make $15-20 an hour but they don't want to make your food the way you order it or when they make a mistake they don't want to fix it without attitude. I did have an attitude but I was the bigger person and apologized for it I'm still deciding whether I'm going to use pizza hut ever again
