I just spent 6 hours in pain tossing and turning with a burning stomach and woke up this morning projectile vomiting my bbq chicken pizza I ordered last night all over my room and bathroom..I think I cracked a rib or have a hernia now because I was so violently sick.I think it's been a decade since I have ordered from the hut..and I remember why now..The night staff are a bunch of dummies.. DON'T EAT HERE.

I ordered a single pizza over the phone yesterday and I was told it will be ready in 15-20 min. I arrived at pizza hut on ustick some 15 min later, walked in, said my name and I was advised my pizza is still in the oven. At that moment I paid and stood there waiting. Some five minutes later a lady walked in, said her name and an employee took her pizza out of the little shelf all packed up and ready to go. They then asked me for my name and I provides it and they pulled my pizza from the same shelf. I was in shock as no one has put it there in the 15 minutes I was standing there with my pizza supposedly in the oven. So I asked how did that get there- no one cared to even apologize or explain or say sorry that I was standing there for 15 min even though my pizza was ready since before I walked in.Let’s just keep in mind the lady with the American accent dis not have the same problem as me. When I tried to get the attention of other employees to ask for an explanation, I was told everything from employee in training (then supervise him), new computer system (then use your eyes if you know the new system is faulty). This was a discrimination thing, I have no doubt about that, as no one else has this problem. Let understand I speak english very well, I just have a bit of a strong accent. Please do not eat here if you don’t want to be treated like a second hand citizen.
Absolutely terrible experience. We were told 15 minutes, ended up being 45. We ordered a pizza with pineapples and repeated it 3 times to make sure. He still didn’t get it right. The funniest thing “we can fix it for you but it will be another 15 minutes”. You mean 45? At 12 AM?

Called in an order they said 20-30 min for delivery when I live 5 min from store after an hour passes I call the store and lady said it hasn't left the store yet will be 20-30 min it's going on 1 and half hours still no food.
I feel the need to offset some of the negativity for this Pizza Hut. It was entirely adequate. I placed my order online and drove there to pick it up. The order was ready when I arrived. The pizza was hot, and what I had ordered. The woman who gave me order smiled at me and was friendly as she gave me my pizza. I had no problems and have no complaints.

I have ordered from the Hut many times in the past and never had a big issue. Saturday was a big issue. I ordered for delivery at a specific time because I was having company. I asked for a 6pm delivery. I expect delays and such and usually give a 15 min leeway on either side, though it's usually on the late rather than early side.The time was changed without asking me. I have the email confirming my original time. The pizza was dropped off at 5:15pm. Which wouldn't be bad, if I wasn't in the middle of getting ready for guest and more than 45 mins early!To make matters worse, by the time my company arrived and the food was cooling/cold (which means it had to be reheated). There was another change made without my consent. I have people with dietary restrictions. No tomato sauce. It's bad for their digestion. So we ordered a BBQ chicken pizza. The BBQ sauce is a little sweet and easy for my guests to digest. The substitute was a hot and spicy garlic sauce. So I had to make other food for my guests. This is unacceptable! I've never had such a terrible order!Dietary restrictions: I have people with dietary restrictions and the store decided to change the sauces without asking me about it. Swapped out sweet BBQ for spicy garlic! I had to make other food at the last minute. Unacceptable!
