I DO NOT recommend this place in the slightest. It is NOT ACCEPTABLE to pay nearly $80 and not get half of what you asked for.
One mistake can be overlooked but our order was made with too many mistakes to be okay with. Only 2 of 5 pizzas were correct. Missing pineapple on 1 pizza, wrong crust on 3 pizzas. I would rather wait a little longer for my order than and get what I ordered, instead of what was obviously a rushed processed full of mistakes. You get charged more for pan crust.

1) 2 Pan Pepperoni Pizzas

2) 1 Pan Ham Mushroom Pineaple
-Received Hand Tossed Ham & Mushroom missing pineapple.
3)1 Thin Crispy Ham and Mushroom

-Received correct item
5) 2 Cinnabon MiniRolls

Alex was a fantastic help! Our wings got dropped and before they could be added to the order our driver was on her way. For a busy Friday nite, I appreciate the sense of urgency on delivering hot pizza! Alex was professional and got our wings out immediately! Thank you Alex!

Wow.... $53 for cold food and the pizza definitely was not fully cooked. Also, why did my food come from a door dasher? Probably a start to why it was cold. I have not ordered pizza hut in years, very disappointing. A frozen pizza would have been much better.

Seems like a lot of the bad reviews here are in reference to the manager at this location. Steven, instead of having any semblance of customer service, proceeded to just shut down and hang up on me because I was frustrated at a situation. When I called back I told him not to hang up on me so we could find a solution to the issue, he then told me not to tell him what to do and hung up on me again. He then would answer and hang up on me every time I called. This is a horrible representation of your business and if you are the owner reading this, understand that this man is hurting your business.

Went to Pizza Hut on a quiet Tuesday evening, and Steve at the counter was an absolute letdown. The place was practically empty, yet he turned us away, claiming he was “too busy” to take our order. Too busy doing what? The restaurant was dead! It’s a simple Pizza Hut, not a five-star kitchen during a dinner rush. Steve’s attitude was dismissive, and he couldn’t handle the basic demands of the job. Management needs to rethink who’s representing their business.

My order was not very hot which I had to reheat when home. Also, they skimped on the Marniara sauce which made for a different taisting pizza. Overall my service was okay. My pizza was free based on my points accumulated.

Application sucks, you call in and then get ur order only to find they skimp on the toppings. Done with this location and probably pizza hut in general.....trash!

Employee was extremely rude!!..and I think he was a manger.when I asked to split check told me no..very angry customer service was ridiculous!!.he was very angry towards me and made me feel very uneasy with his attitude,when asked for his name told me not to worry about it and walked off..never going there again and never ordering pizza hut ever!!..

Most horrible Pizza Hut experience. Arrived for pick up. Was completely ignored by all 6 employees. There was only 1 other customer there. It seemed like a total mess. None of the employees knew what the other was doing or where things were or it felt & looked like chaos. Totally unorganized. Waited 20 minutes after asking for help twice only to find out my order was sitting in the heating waiting oven area by the cashier the whole time. Terrible customer service.
