My order was not very hot which I had to reheat when home. Also, they skimped on the Marniara sauce which made for a different taisting pizza. Overall my service was okay. My pizza was free based on my points accumulated.

Employee was extremely rude!!..and I think he was a manger.when I asked to split check told me no..very angry customer service was ridiculous!!.he was very angry towards me and made me feel very uneasy with his attitude,when asked for his name told me not to worry about it and walked off..never going there again and never ordering pizza hut ever!!..

Most horrible Pizza Hut experience. Arrived for pick up. Was completely ignored by all 6 employees. There was only 1 other customer there. It seemed like a total mess. None of the employees knew what the other was doing or where things were or it felt & looked like chaos. Totally unorganized. Waited 20 minutes after asking for help twice only to find out my order was sitting in the heating waiting oven area by the cashier the whole time. Terrible customer service.

So I ordered a pizza. The pizza is fine. It tasted fine that’s not the issue that she was. I mistakenly ordered carry out which is fine. It’s my fault as well but I called the store. Trying to rectify it to get it switched I called multiple times the store kept forwarding me to their national hotline, or just flat out hanging up on me and sending me to nothing guy should answer the phone say he’s busy or something put me on hold something hanging up it’s just so unprofessional won’t be using it again

I decided to try this Pizza Hut because watching a manager yell at every employee on S Federal Way was not that enjoyable. I was in a big rush and tried to call in an order, and was placed on hold. So I decided to drive there, while waiting on hold to save some time, thinking they're busy. They are not, one order on the screen, don't know why the call couldn't be answered.I'm not told to hold or anything, he just walks away and comes back later and I order a thin crust pepperoni pizza. He repeats it back and I can hardly hear him. I asked how long the wait was, and he said 10 minutes. So I wait. And I get handed a pepperoni melt. Now don't get me wrong it was good. But I want to try it on my own time. I didn't even have enough time to question it because I was in a rush. I don't know why that much mumbling is okay or not answering phone calls is okay. But strike two for Pizza Hut locations here, first one I hear yelling and screaming, second one my order is wrong.

I am a regular customer here. The pizza is normally great, so of course when I got a coupon for a free 1 topping pizza, I jumped on it. Absolutely the worst pizza I have ever gotten. The crust was burnt, hardly any sauce or cheese to speak of. It was the weirdest thin little crunchy awful thing I've ever had. It tasted like something that was cooked yesterday and sat under a heat lamp overnight. Not your A game guys. I would expect this from a place like domino's. Hell, a hot and ready would have been better.I left three stars because everything is normally pretty good. But this was a huge disappointment. I hope this doesn't continue.
We love the food here and the customer service is always friendly. However, we often order ahead and specify a time. But our food rarely is ready at the specified time. Idk if it’s a system issue but if it is ordered ahead I expect it to be done, not 20 minutes after.

I'm a doordash delivery driver and I have to take an order up from that particular Pizza Hut this evening and when I went in I was actually kind of being ignored by the rest of the employees however gentleman, once reentering the store. Ible and he actually gave me a pizza bag which made my day and he was as well as quick and efficient and he double checked my order to make sure I had all the correct items which I did and he deserves a raise that's it. I would not say the same for the other people working this evening.
