So the pizza was good, I'll say that. However, they apparently use Doordash to deliver for them. They failed to bring me part of my order & then when I called the store back 3 times to see what was going on, Charles, said there's nothing they can do about it. Instead of a refund, they said I could have in store credit. Very unprofessional.

I ordered the Big New York Pizza, and I think they brought me one of those cardboard thin pizzas that are $1.00 in walmart. This is as far as it gets from a New York Style. Don't let the advertisement picture fool you! This is a false advertisement! Hardly any cheese at all. Won't order this again! $25 For Delivery Rip

First night, website took our money, but didn't order our pizza. We waited forever and then called. They had no idea of the order. I did a carry out order. When I arrived, there were a few teens and no one else. The guy who helped me, took my cash and I said that I didn't want any change back. He threw my dollar bills across the counter at me. I said they were for him and instantly he grabbed them up and said have a good night. As he was walking into the back room, I asked if I could have my pizza.
Today, we ordered online and I was going to pay cash. We are truck drivers and order food from many establishments. I waited past the time for them to arrive, called and they were back at the restaurant. They said they would be right back. They called outside the front of the truck stop and said they ouldnt go to the other entrance or the parking lot bc they might get robbed! I walked through the parking lot and the truck stop, to the front, and finally got my pizza. I needed change and his excuse was that he forgot his money and couldn't give me change. I made him go inside to the fuel desk and get change.
I have never had such a hard time getting food in my life! Our food was crusty and old when I finally got it. If they think that a 5 foot woman is going to rob them, they need a different job. I can call so many other places and they have no problem delivering to lady trucker.

I had to explain why I was calling twice because she sounded too high to comprehend what I was saying, talking in slow motion. And then her attitude telling me to "get to the point" was ridiculous.

Best Pizza I have had for a long time. Ordered online. Called to change order. Pizza was on time. Hot and fresh. Service by both over the phone and delivery was very good.

I came in for Cinabons they said 15 to 20 mins. I waited 45 mins. A guy came in after me and we both got them at the same time so clearly they didn't put mine in the oven when I came in. I made it clear I was still waiting. The guy was rude said I'd have to be patient. I've cooked cinabons a million times and only takes 25 min. But hey when you have guys cooking who knows. I won't be back
It was a Merry Christmas.
Parking: We stayed out back in our motorhome. Noone bothered us it was a ok Christmas for a couple of homeless people.
